Within walking distance to absolutely everything you will need; cafes, parks, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, and most importantly, the gorgeous Seawall of Vancouver. You are two blocks from the ocean and mere minutes from the beach.
I am a local entrepreneur who has lived in Vancouver since I was a young girl. After having worked and lived globally, I think Vancouver is one of the nicest cities in the world.

Yaletown is historic and modern all at once. In the heart of downtown Vancouver but extremely quiet. It is perfect for people who aren't crazy about driving, like to be in the centre of things and enjoy urban living to the fullest.
Yaletown boasts some of the nicest things Vancouver has to offer. This townhouse feels like you are in Greenwich Village in New York City. It is cozy, but spacious. Charming but new. It is a couple of blocks from the ocean, the library, several beautiful parks, playgrounds, the Round House Community Centre, the Aquatic Centre and several high end grocery stores. There are hundreds of bars and cafes within metres but it is extremely quiet on our street.

Either PayPal or e-mail Interact transfer are the methods of payment. 50% due upon booking, the remainder is due three months prior to arrival.
