This newly renovated cottage offers a great vacation house in the North Carolina Mountains for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. It is centrally located near Boone, North Carolina, Tweetsie Railroad(20min), Grandfather Mountain(15min), Linville Falls(30min), and Sugar(12min) and Beech Mountain(17min) Ski Resorts.

Cottage in the Round is a spacious one bedroom, one bath house add. sleeping with queen sleeper sofa, with all new interior that includes hardwood floors, a romantic gas fireplace, new bedding, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, and all the extras that make this vacation house a great place to visit. Great gas grill for those who wish to cook out in style.

The living room, with a queen sleeper sofa, has a wonderful gas fireplace and is decorated with an upscale mountain motif. The living room looks out onto the private deck that is surrounded by native hemlocks and rhododendrons and also has a large hot tub to sit in and watch the beautiful mountain sky. The peace and beauty of this spot will make you want to come back again and again.

We spend the most wonderfull week and christmas in this adorable cabin. It is very well located near every activity and stores. The cabin is cozy, very confortable and provided, clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very helpfull, responded on time to all our inquieries, we are greatfull for all the help and information he provided. I highly recommend this cabin, you will be happy to have taken the decision for this one. Frank thanks for scharing your property and give us the opportunity to enjoy a wonderfull place. If we have the opportunity we will come back.

We just returned after a weekend at the cottage...We loved it..The leaves were in full peak and we went to Banner Elk for the Wooly Worm Festival..We can't wait to go back..I hated leaving.. it was a cozy cottage and we enjoyed grilling steaks out on the deck...Decorated nicely and bed slept comfy

We spent four wonderful days at the Cabin in the Round. We were looking for an intimate cabin for just the two of us to spend some down time together. We had no plans to ski, tube, or even sight see. I looked at some of the other cabins in the area and honestly selected this one because it was just one bedroom. We loved the cabin, it was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and in a great location. While the view from the cabin is not the best, the location is central to hundreds of breathtaking views. A short drive in any direction will get you anywhere from ski areas, to vineyards, and quaint towns with local wildlife. My husband is taking classes fulltime and we especially appreciated the Wi Fi which allowed him to stay current with his classes. If you are looking for a great place to reconnect this is it! We will return as often as "life" lets us! Wonderful cabin Frank, thank you for sharing!

Thank you so much for providing such a great vacation rental property. My family and I had so much fun. The house was perfect. I have been telling everyone I know to call you when they tell me they are thinking of going to the mountains. I loved the new couch. The decorating was great. I truely didn't want to come home. You have such a great set up. It was peaceful. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. We hiked to the top of the mountain and the view was breath taking.... Once again Thanks!!!!
