Modern detached house located in a very calm area, with a large garden overlooking the country side. It is surrounded by 300 nicely attended rose bushes and an orchard made up of a variety of 25 Delbard fruit trees, complimentary to the tenants. There is an above-ground swimming pool 7.70X3.60m + accessories. In June and in September come and see more than 10000 blooming roses facing the terrace. The house and the garden are away from the road making this place the right place for children. 2008 novelty: a 3m diameter trampoline for children and adults. minimum 2 weks
