Modern Beach House located in East Hampton Clearwater Beach features central air/heat, 3 bed rooms and 2 full bath, 2 pull out couches, cathedral ceiling, skylights, fireplace, gourmet kitchen, deck with Weber Grill, wifi and cable, flat screen TV in den and all bedrooms, balcony and more. Washer and Dryer located in full basement with additional lounge chairs for deck area and out door gas fire pit. Private Beach access 1 mile away. Walk to water 2 blocks away for biking, kayaking, jogging, walking and relaxing. Three bikes are there for your use. 15 minutes to beautiful MONTAUK, 10 minutes to AMAGANSETT and 5 minutes to East Hampton town where there are the gourmet restaurants, shopping, art exhibits, movie and so much more. Farmers Market is close by for fresh produce, french bread and live music each Saturday morning. At this property, you can easily take advantage and close proximity to all that East Hampton has to offer this season. Small pets OK in the house.
We are a hardworking couple living in Nassau County who had a dream to own a beach house out east. We took a leap of faith and purchased a beautiful home in East Hampton which we love, cherish and share.

You will see why once you stay. Gerard Drive is 2 blocks away and when you see a sunset there on the bay, you will know why too.
The house is open, airy and easy to care for. A unique benefit is that we leave 2 passes to the private beach, Clearwater Beach, which is 1.5 miles away. You will experience a quiet stay in Clearwater East Hampton but yet, be just minutes away, from designer shopping, gourmet restaurants and the best ice cream you ever had on Newtown Lane and Main Street. Amagansett is 10 minutes away and Montauk is approx. 20 minutes where you can enjoy the best lobster roll ever and all the beauty of the East End.
We enjoyed the house a great deal. It is very modern and up to date, fully equipped and stocked. The hosts were lovely; very pleasant and accommodating. The access to the private bay beach is a real plus. Excellent location in the Springs. We had a wonderful vacation in this welcoming house.
