It's one of the first villas made in the area, 700 m2, of which 600m2 are garden. Fully renovated and furnished. Within a nice neighbourhood of locals. The area is very quiet and sunny. It's 10 minutes distance from the beach and 15 from the Gulf Club Costa de Azahar. You will enjoy the local costumes of real paella's and Spanish people because it's a local residential area.

The clime of Costa de Azahar is considered the best in Spain because of the nice temperatures: not as hot as south Spain which reaches 40 degrees and warmer than Costa Brava. Even in winter time the temperature is very pleasant with average of 17 the most time of the year and 27 on summer time. Castellon town was created on the middle age by Jaime I the Conqueror, when fighting against the moors. The Arab culture remains on the buildings style construction and parks with palm trees, fountains and rural sculptures. You can visit (apart from the beach) the mountains (Maestrazgo) with little towns inland or coast towns from the middle age like Peñiscola (where the old Pope Luna lived).

Très bonne prestation. Villa spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée (on se croirait chez soi). Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander cette location, et d'y retourner. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est à l'écoute et répond rapidement.

La estancia ha sido muy grata, la casa era tal y como la imaginábamos, hemos tenido todo lo que necesitábamos y estaba todo muy limpio. Es una casa muy acogedora, hemos estado muy a gusto y nos han recibido muy bien. No dudare en ponerme en contacto en cuanto me sea posible repetir otro fin de semana, puesto que me gustaría volver a alquilarlo y por su puesto la recomendare a mis familiares y amigos.

We, my parents I and our dog, spent a great time in this villa. Everthing was clean and friendly furnitured. The villa is situated cerca to the beach and bus-stops to the city- centre of Castellon. Unfortunately the weather was a little bit strange at the beginning of may.
We'd loved to stay in this litte house in Spain.

La villa est très confortable,propre et bien équipée.Elle est ensoleillée et elle dispose d'un grand jardin très apprécié des enfants. Le quartier est calme et proche de la mer.
