This condo has a, full kitchen, living room and full bath. The corner units are larger and provide a huge balcony to enjoy the Cabo area. Can sleep 2-4 people in separate beds. The complex is secure and relaxing. A great place to unwind or if you want to go party down town and then come home to a quiet safe comfortable place, this is a perfect place to do it. Centrally located, it's only a block to the beach or a block the other way to the beautiful marina and mall. There is an amazing restaurant in the lobby called Serrano's Tequila and Wind. There is pool with a bar and ping pong and other activities for family. Come enjoy a place to stay in the center of town.

Great for friends and family that want condos all next to each other

This is a great place to get away with friends or family, we rented this one bedroom and 2 of the 2 bedroom across the hall same owners and they had a elevator one family member could not do stairs and is disabled so this made it easy for all the family to pop in and out of all units .They have everything you need to have a first class vacation. All of the amenities are top notch and the Cabo Gold staff takes great care of you. The fridge was stocked with everything we had requested before we arrived which allowed us to begin our vacation immediately.

I took my wife to this cozy condo for a Anniversary . I told the leasing agent is was surprise for my wife and asked them to put a bottle of wine In the Refrigerator . I thought they would forget , To my surprise there was wine chilled flowers and candles waiting our arrival Needless to say my wife was thrilled and I got the benefit . Thanks to CGP you do it wright !!!

You couldn't ask for a better location in Cabo! Restaurants all around and a short walk to the beach or the marina! No car needed.

What makes this property unique

Large courtyard and pool completely fenced in with 24 hour security. One of the largest properties in down town, but not the most expensive for the location! Amenities on site such as a spa, grocery store, amazing restaurant in the lobby called Serrano's Tequila and Wine, a pool bar, plenty of space and beautifully maintained grounds.
