This nice new apartment is on the third floor of a new style building, They are perfectly located in the most exclusive area in the city (Av. de la Marina), a few steps (150 m) from one of the best beaches of the area (Playa de la Costilla) with fine white grain and blue water where you can see a spectacular sunset while taking in a pleasant walk besides the beach. Close to the aparts are all amenities required (supermarkets, shops, bars,restaurants, etc) so you´ll find everything you need without getting a car, just walking a few minutes. If you are a Golf player. You can find fabulous golf course (around 12) with 36/27/18 hole 40 km. max far way. The apartments have been fitted out to the highest standard with comfort of guests and quality in mind, It comprises 1 master bedroom, 1 Shower room, lounge/dinning room with 1 King size Sofabed , fully fitted kitchen with separate utility area for washing & drying. Normally sleeps 4, 2 on the master room and 2 on the sofabed

  • Extra charges: final cleaning 30.00 Euro per stay plus electricity/ air conditioning cost. Anyway, special discount will be applied for long rent (more than 4 weeks during low season). Please ask the owner.

How to get there?: Rota is located between the towns of Chipiona (10 km) and El Puerto de Santa Maria (15 km); 15 km from Sanlucar de Barrameda (Doñana wild reserve Park), 25km from Jerez Airport, 125km Seville (1:15 hours driving) and 2 hours 45 min Malaga airport. Airlines out from Germany to Jerez are Air Berlin, Ryanair, Hapag Lloyd, etc. Airlines out from Stansted to Jerez are Ryanair. Airlines out from Manchester to Jerez are Monarch Airlines out from France to Seville are air France. Car hire from all Airports taking the new motorway out from the Airport to Rota. Taxi from the airport of Jerez app 30 minutes or collection from the airport of Jerez can be arranged. The easiest way to get the cities is by car or bus. There are regular coach services from the main cities and surrounding towns. There’s also a ferry that crossed the bay connecting Rota with Cadiz or El Puerto de Santa Maria to Cadiz.

This apartment was fantastic!! In excellent condition, with all the utensils and appliances you need for your holiday. The owner was very very hospitable and if there is anything else you need(which there wasn't) he was only too happy to provide. It is very central to everywhere, with great shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is to die for and the whole area is spotlessly clean. I can only say that we will most definitely be returning as the locals are friendly and most definitely look up O'Grady's bar & Los Arcos. Eating out is very cheap and I recommend the Argentinian + German restaurants. Overall you will not regret booking this apartment as it was pure luxury...

Ein sehr schönes Apartment,modern und neu eingerichtet,in einem sehr gepflegten Haus.Die Ausstattung sowie die Bilder entsprachen genau der Beschreibung im Internet.
Der Vermieter war sehr nett und korrekt und stand für eventuelle Fragen zur Verfügung,da er im Haus wohnt.
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und es hat an nichts gefehlt.Die Wege zum Strand oder in die Altstadt,sowie zum einkaufen waren kurz,es ist optimal gelegen und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Wir waren jetzt das dritte mal in Rota,doch zum ersten mal hier
in einem Apartment....aber bei so einer Ausstattung werden wir immert wieder gerne auf dieses zurück greifen.
Sehr zu empfehlen !

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Wir waren Anfang September 2009 für eine Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist neu und alles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm und das hat sich auch vor Ort fortgesetzt.
Rota eignet sich ganz hervoragend als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die Umgebung: Puerto de Santa Maria, mit seiner beieindruckenden Stierkampfarena; Jerez, mit den vielen bekannten Bodegas: Sanlucar de Barrameda mit der quirligen Markthalle und natürlich eine Tagesfahrt in Richtung Arcos de la Frontera oder bis Ronda... Alles ist nicht weit entfernt. Besonders angenehm: Nach Cadiz fährt mehrmals täglich eine Fähre, so dass man sich die lästige Parkplatzsuche vor Ort erspart und diese bezaubernde Stadt ganz entspannt entdecken kann.
Abends hat man in Rota eine kaum überschaubare Anzahl an Restaurants. Wir wurden auch hier nicht enttäuscht.

Die Wohnung isr super sauber gewesen, eine super Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
Ich kann diese Anzeige nur weiter empfehlen, ich war dort nicht das letzte Mal Gast.

Sehr gute Wohnung an der Hauptstraße

Reservierung und Kontakt mit dem Vermieter haben sehr gut geklappt.
Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgerüstet.
Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon, lüften ist aber aufgrund ausreichender Fenster problemlos.
Bis zum schönen breiten Sandstrand waren es wenige Gehminuten, auch das Ortszentrum war sehr gut erreichbar.
Da sich die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptstraße befindet, war es abends relativ laut, so dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war gut.
