Situated 250m from the ocean and marina, this villa boasts a living room with large French windows opening onto the south-facing terrace, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, bar in the living room, 2 bedrooms with small dressing rooms and en suite bathroom or shower room, 2 other bedrooms, 1 shower room, garage and parking. Also, good quality décor, large, flat screen TV and stereo in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom. Barbeque, 4 sun loungers and garden table and chairs. Telephone %?8Téléséjour%?9 (allows incoming and emergency calls. For outgoing calls, a card must be obtained). WiFi access. Electric gate and garage door. Central system for closing the shutters. Minimum stay of 1 week. Please contact us for out of season visits.
