RATED THE MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION IN THE PAPHOS AREA. This garden level, standard quality, apartment is located in a small gated development, right on the shoreline. It has magnificent views across the limpid, blue Mediterranean. Be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves! The coast is west-facing and the sunsets across the sea are to be dreamed of. There is a reserved parking alongside the apartment. It is less than 50 yards to the shared swimming pool with its roman steps and paddling pool. We are located in a small gated community right on the sea. It is about 800 yards from the main Paphos to Coral Bay road. There is a regular bus service into Paphos about 3 miles away. Fields of bananas, oranges, olives and figs are still interspersed in the locality. The unspoilt Akamas peninsula and the spectacular Troodos mountains are just 1 hour's drive away. The ancient sites of Paphos are right on the doorstep - Tombs of the Kings, the ancient amphitheatre and the picturesque port dating back to the time of Ulysses. Cyprus has it all, from snow in the mountains in winter to glorious sunshine for 340 days of the year. Come and enjoy the natural hospitality of the Cypriots in their tavernas and fishing villages.

  • We can take payment by bank transfer to our UK bank. We can also take all major charge cards (4% surcharge on Credit Cards, but not on Debit Cards). We can also rent by the day or by the month -- ask for a quote. Parts of a week over one week are charged pro rata on the weekly rate. Our terms are 25% non refundable on booking and payment in full 6 weeks before arrival. Ask about reduced rates for payment in full on booking more than 3 months in advance.
  • Heating and Air Conditioning are included in the rates.
  • Book early on this property. Rates are set low for booking more than four months ahead. Rates will increase closer to the booking period.

Notes: Arcadia Village is a small, private, gated community. It is tranquil and secure. The shoreline is just a few yards away -- no roads to cross. The flat is accessed by a few steps both to the main door and also via the patio. It is furnished to a standard quality. Air conditioning and heating is included in the rates. Well behaved children are welcome. Smokers are requested to refrain from smoking inside the apartment. The television provides BBC World, A French Channel, Euro News plus six local channels (Films in English most evenings).

Our family has enjoyed many sunny holidays in this very comfortable apartment over the last 10 years.

Its' position is superb for a relaxing holiday. It is very close to the sea and there is now a walkway which follows the coastline right up to Paphos harbour.

The location was just to die for but the apartment was very shabby,rather like a run down guest house cica 1960's.
Bathroom needed fully refit.Patio table would not pass health tests here.TV did NOT pick up any UK news or CNN as advertised.Hole in the wall for aerial cable.
Just not the exclusive apartment that was advertised.
Owner's Response: "A wonderful stay thanks to this very comfortable and functional apartment. Congratulations!". So wrote Vincent and Carol-Anne just a couple of weeks later. This apartment never claimed to luxury. It is a scrupulously clean no-nonsense apartment at a no-nonsense price in a setting to die for. We have many more fulsome testimonials on our website.

This reviewer arrived at the end of the low season. We have carried out extensivement refurbishments and renewals for the new season.

Some issues were out of our control. The Village centralised cable TV system broke down. Had the reviewer informed us of the problem we could have chased up a timely restoration of service.

It is our aim to leave a renter with an experience greater than his expectations. That we did not succeed in this one-off case is just a spur to us to do yet better.
