Situated on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment block there is ground floor parking, a roof-top Swimming Pool & lift to all floors except pool deck. Large airy lounge with TV, Cable TV, DVD, CD Player/Radio, halogen heater; Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge.The balcony has patio table/chairs 2 Sun Loungers. Bedrooms with air-conditioning (cold & hot), safes, fitted wardrobes. Towels, bed-linen, gas and electric are included in prices. Swimming pool on roof with changing rooms, showers, toilets.

We moved to Larnaca 5 Years ago having chosen the Location for it's unique balance of Traditional Cyprus and Holiday Resort atmosphere.

The Apartment Building is home to a few families who live there the year round but most of the Apartments are used by owners and their families for holidays. As a result the building is neither noisy nor overcrowded, the Pool Area is used infrequently.

Care is taken by the Residents Comitee to ensure the Building is clean , well maintained and secure.

What makes this apartment unique

Proximity to Town Beach and just a short distance from the Airport and Motorways. Due to the popularity of our 1st Apartment we now offer an additional property which is to the same standard and design but on a different Floor.

TELEPHONE Keeping in touch with friends and family is quite expensive using UK mobiles when overseas. We provide a Pay-as-you-go mobile phone from a local provider. Simply top it up for our next guest when you leave and enjoy cheap calls during your stay. HIRE CAR From May 2009 we can offer a Hire Car to clients. The car is a Toyota Rav 4 3 Door Manual and is suitable for up to 4 Adults. Clients must be over 25 Years old and hold a full UK Dring License. Minimum rental of 4 consecutive days at daily rate of 30 Euros, Comprehensive Insurance Cover included, Any Driver (350 Euro damage excess). AIRPORT PICK-UP / DROP-OFF If you would like to be collected/returned to Larnaca Airport this can be arranged at a charge of 15 euros each way between 8am and 11pm or 20 euros between 11pm and 8am. This is for a maximum of 4 Adults. We have Internet connection as an optional Extra at a charge of €1.50/£1.25 per day for the period of your stay, please advise if you wish to have this service.

Lovely apartment,ideal location but noisy at night

We had a nightmare journey by plane and arrived over 2 hours late, but Steve was waiting for us at the airport and followed us to the car rental depot and then we followed him to the apartment. Steve then showed us around and answered any questions we had. We were pleased Steve was there to help us.

The apartment was lovely – couldn’t fault it at all. As you’ll see from the pictures, there was a nicely sized living room, two good sized bedrooms, a nice kitchen with table to eat our meals and a big balcony. The pool on the rood was a fair size but a little cold for us. We finally managed to get in towards the end of the stay.

We arrived on Sunday so almost all the supermarkets were closed, but Steve had kindly left us some milk, tea and coffee so after a little sleep we ventured out. The waterfront was very pleasant, with lots of choices of food to eat. We would recommend Monte Carlo (on the road that the new promenade is being built on) and the Hobo Cafe (After our first visit they gave us a voucher for 30% off our next meal within 7 days). The beach was nice and not busy at all.

We went to bed on the first night early due to the overnight flight etc and noticed it was quite loud outside. I believe there were some roadworks further away so some traffic may have been diverted, but still it was uncomfortably loud. Then, at about 3am the noise rose. There was a bar across the road that closed then and the noise was the people leaving. Later on in the night there was another huge noise - this time the bins were being emptied. The noise from the bar continued every night and the bins every two or three nights. Steve has since confirmed that, as with the review last year, the noise from the bar was again a one-off as this time the owners were away and the right process for closing the bar was not followed.

Take away the noise at night and this apartment would get 5/5. Unfortunately, for a family with two young children, the noise at night made it 3/5.

I am however sorry that your Holiday coincided with Roadworks which have now been completed, and the unusual noise from the Local Bar (this as you say was an exception).

The Refuse Collection however is a fact of life within all areas of Cyprus, due to the high daytime temperatures the collections start in the early hours, however 2 collections a week do avoid unpleasant odours.

Our Winter Break

Steve’s Apartment is clean, comfortable, bright and very well maintained with all the equipment we needed for a six week catering holiday. We found the location convenient for the Town, the Beach and the lovely Salt Lake Nature Reserve. Although it was too early in the year to use the clean good size roof-top Swimming Pool the roof area proved ideal for sun bathing, even in February.
We used cheap Public Transport to reach all of the major towns in both North and South Cyprus, but the day Steve drove us to the Troodos Mountains will remain a highlight of our Holiday. The trip was tailor made to our interests and his careful driving meant that we spent our time watching the view. His fee was very fair for a long day out.
We have really enjoyed our visit to Cyprus.

Nice apartement near Larnaca City

We had a very nice stay in Larnaca. The apartement is well equipped. You find in the kitchen what you need for proper cooking. As we stayed there in Dec-Jan. it was a drawback that the balcony (big and with nice furniture!) is situated on the shadow-side, but I suppose it's ok in warmer seasons, and we found sun on the roof-terrasse, which is very nice.
The bathroom is ok with loads of nice towels. It's a little uncomfortable having to wait half an hour for the water to get hot, (no spontaneus showers!) but we got used to it.
We had a lot of long hiking-tours all over Cyprus and enjoyed the nature very much. You find marked routes all over and good information about them in the touristoffice (very helpfull staff in Larnaca). Many nice restaurants in the neighbourhood - recommandations and information is to be found in the book-shelves in the apartement.
Steve - the host - is most helpfull and welcoming.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, which I am sure will reassure Winter Visitors that this choice of destination will result in an enjoyable break from colder climates.

You are correct that the shaded Balcony will offer a much needed refuge from the Summer Sun and yet a Suntan can still be obtained, even in Winter from a visit to the Swimming Pool area.


The "hot water" does need that boost from the Immersion Heater at this time of year as the Sun is a little low in he sky to connect with the Solar Panel, however thank you for being green and using Electric only as needed.

Great apartment and great owner

Had a great time, the apartment had everything that we needed and there was plenty of room for us (family of four). Steve was extremely helpful and gave us directions on where to eat, how to get there and also let us hire his car.
It was only a short walk to the beach and the town. I would definately stay there again.

fantastic apartment

The apartment was exactly as described, it was in a central location ideal for accessing the beach,bars,resturants and shops. Steve was fantastic he met us at the airport and then gave us local information as we were arriving at the apartment, he explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and local amenities, he was also on hand if we were stuck or unsure, Steve even supplies a mobile phone for you to use whilst there as phone calls can be expensive. whilst there we met Steve in one of the bars and he reccommended a very good resturant CUCKOOS NEST it was nothing to look at as we had passed by and were unsure but on Steves recommendation we gave it a try and the food was excellent and fantastic value for money so would reccommend any one staying here that they give it a try. would reccommend to family and friends and we are hoping to return again in the near future.
