We moved to Larnaca 5 Years ago having chosen the Location for it's unique balance of Traditional Cyprus and Holiday Resort atmosphere.

The Apartment Building is home to a few families who live there the year round but most of the Apartments are used by owners and their families for holidays. As a result the building is neither noisy nor overcrowded, the Pool Area is used infrequently.

Care is taken by the Residents Comitee to ensure the Building is clean , well maintained and secure.

Proximity to Town Beach and just a short distance from the Airport and Motorways. Due to the popularity of our 1st Apartment we now offer an additional property which is to the same standard and design but on a different Floor.

GREAT APARTMENT, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOLIDAY!

WE’VE just returned from a glorious week in Larnaca, made all the more special by great accommodation in an apartment that has everything you could wish for!
Steve met us at the airport and ferried us the short journey to the apartment which is a mere five minutes away from the beautiful sea front.
Once we saw the accommodation, we knew we were going to have a great holiday. It has literally got the lot!
The lounge has a leather suite that seats five or six quite comfortably. There’s a TV and DVD player – and Steve and Sue have even provided some pre-recorded DVDs you can watch if the weather disappoints (it didn’t happen whilst we were there!).
One bedroom has a comfortable king-size double, and the other has two singles. The bathroom and toilet is fully tiled. You won’t go short of towels, either – just remember not to pack any!
There’s a balcony with oodles of room to both sunbathe and enjoy meals – the large table seats six!
The kitchen is like being home from home, with all your needs covered: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery.
So if you get fed up of eating out (impossible in Larnaca with its plethora of restaurants!) then you can stock up in local shops and supermarkets and rustle up something after sunning yourself on the golden, sandy beach.
If you hate getting sand between your toes, then go to the roof of the apartment where you’ll find an inviting pool. It’s a real sun-trap up there, and we guarantee it won’t be long before you dive in for a swim!
By the way, if you’re having withdrawal symptoms being away from the UK and you fancy fish and chips, then Steve knows the best place in Cyprus where you can enjoy a plateful – together with mushy peas, of course!
If you prefer shopping to sunning yourself, then Larnaca town centre has lots to offer – including stores with the same names of those on UK high streets!
Steve and Susan are just a call away if you have any questions – they even thoughtfully supply a mobile. All you have to do is top it up.
If you want to explore the island, they have a fully-insured vehicle which can be hired at competitive rates.
Steve and Susan have just about thought of everything to make your holiday complete and enjoyable. They're the perfect hosts.

What a fantastic flat! It is the perfect spot for exploring Larnaca and all of Cyprus! I stayed for 2 months and couldn’t be happier with my choice. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the promenade with tons of cafes and restaurants as well as being just a few minutes from St. Lazarus Church – one of my favorite spots in town! There is a market up the street for food or incidentals you may need. The flat itself immediately felt like home – Steve and Susan have thought of everything you might need. The deck is fabulous – tons of room for eating and relaxing, and the rooftop pool is great if you want some sun without the sand and crowds of the beach! I only had one minor problem while I was there and Steve took care of it within 15 minutes! I easily drove the whole island from this central location and feel like I really got to know Cyprus! I will definitely be going back to Larnaca and definitely will be staying at Steve’s flat!

Everything you need.

Stayed here with 3 small children and it was everything we needed. Steve met us at the airport and was very helpful, and even brought milk and water for that much needed arrival cup of tea.
Everything had been thought if even down to buckets and spades for the children to use.
Some people had mentioned road noise, on occasions the road seemed noisy but this is not specific to this apartment, it's just how things are there.
We were so happy with the apartment that we are already looking to come back next year.

Nice apartment

I spent 1 week with my family in Steve`s apartment. Spacious first floor two bedroom apartment, with well equipped kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned, terrace with street view. Apartment is ca. 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 20 to Mackenzie beach (which is better for me). Very nice sea view on th roof when is rather small pool (1,60 m depth). Nearest shop - 2 minutes.
Damage deposit was returned very quickly.

So I can say, that it was good choice.

Lovely town apartment

The apartment was exactly as it looks online, v spacious and absolutely spotless. Steve has thought of everything, from providing arm bands/ buckets and spades for kids to providing a pay as u go local phone.. Tons of crockery, glasses etc.. The swimming pool is gorgeous, v clean. There's a supermarket 2min walk from the apartment. The apartment is 10min walk from the town centre and promenade.. Despite being close Larnaca is v small so noise is not an issue. I was in the main bedroom facing main road and I slept v soundly, after seeing a review about the noise of bins being emptied, I took earplugs but didn't need them
I was so impressed with Steve's service, he responded within 5min to my initial enquiry, the couple of times we called, again he called back v quickly
Larnaca is beautiful, If we went back, most definitely we would stay at Steve's apartment

TELEPHONE Keeping in touch with friends and family is quite expensive using UK mobiles when overseas. We provide a Pay-as-you-go mobile phone from a local provider. Simply top it up for our next guest when you leave and enjoy cheap calls during your stay. HIRE CAR From May 2009 we can offer a Hire Car to clients. The car is a Toyota Rav 4 3 Door Manual and is suitable for up to 4 Adults. Clients must be over 25 Years old and hold a full UK Dring License. Minimum rental of 4 consecutive days at daily rate of 30 Euros, Comprehensive Insurance Cover included, Any Driver (350 Euro damage excess). AIRPORT PICK-UP / DROP-OFF If you would like to be collected/returned to Larnaca Airport this can be arranged at a charge of 15 euros each way between 8am and 11pm or 20 euros between 11pm and 8am. This is for a maximum of 4 Adults. We have Internet connection as an optional Extra at a charge of €1.50/£1.25 per day for the period of your stay, please advise if you wish to have this service.
