Villa Silvia is about 70 m2 and terrace and garden of 300 m2 and situated in one of the most uncontaminated zones of San Vito Lo Capo, rich of spontaneous Mediterranean vegetation, in a very quiet and panoramic area, only 400 Mt. from the sea with beautiful view over the cliffs not easily reachable on foot. The three-room apartment (completely renovated in 2005) with 5 beds, made up of a comfortably living-dining room with a double bed sofa, television by satellite, gas stove, iron. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities and table equipment. There is a small fitting room with washing-machine and two independent bedrooms, on request baby cot euro 30 weekly. Two bathrooms with showers and hairdryer(renovated in 2009). All the rooms are provided with suggestive sea view and ceiling fan. Outside you will find a covered patio with garden furnishing and barbecue and an open terrace in the garden, facing the sea, equipped with typical stone garden seat, hammocks, sun shade, deck-chairs.

Beyond the bay enclosing the beach, you can reach the sea through small pebbly caves and through sharp or sloping cliffs. The uncontaminated nature, the green, the lands and the untouched beauty of the Zingaro coast, which is full of bays and inlets facing a crystalline sea, was the first natural reserve in Sicily.
