A quiet and comfortable house, 50 sqm divided as follows:entrance,double bedroom,second room with two singles,bathroom, living with kitchen and dining facing the terrace.Sofa bed in the living. Sleeps 4-5.Enjoy the romantic sea view among the trees. The apartment is located on a rocky promontory, surrounded by secular pines and holm-oaks. There is a public parking lot near the property, main shops and bus stop in the village of Tellaro, 250 mt. from the property.

Tellaro is an ancient small and typical village by the sea, situated at the end of beautiful Golfo dei Poeti; you can find several restaurants, a minimarket, a chemist, a bakery and bars. Beaches and small places on the rocks can be reached by foot or bus. It is well related to the other sites; it is possible to get a ferry boat for a tour to Lerici, Portovenere and Cinque Terre. It is also very easy to get the chance to visit the historical Tuscany town as Pisa, Lucca and Firenze, as well as reaching the Versilia Coasts in few minutes by car. Another opportunity are the famous Carrara marble caves on Alpi Apuane, with several white roads for trekking and biking.

Vorbereitung und Abwicklung ziemlich chaotisch,
keine Klimaanlage im Sommer, deshalb nacht extrem heiß in den Zimmern
absoluter Nachteil: kein Stellplatz am Haus uns z.T. keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit im Ort am Wochenende
Wartungszustand der Wohnung etwas "locker"
Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit
ruhige Lage
zum Felsstrand ca. 100 m
Sandstrand im Ort, ca. 10 min
