Our finca is located 1.5 km. from the beach at Playa de Muro and 2 km. from the lively resort of Cán Picafort, with its extensive selection of bars, restaurants and clubs. Also nearby is the Albufera Nature Park, well known for its trails and cycle tracks. A 15 min. drive will take you to the lovely inland towns of Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida with their local colourful weekly markets, as well as to lively Puerto Alcudia, its Roman old town and historic Arta. New motorway connections mean that Pollensa, Formentor and even Palma are all within a 30 minute drive. The finca has 1 double bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom + mezzanine floor with extra bed. There is one family bathroom and a fully equipped modern kitchen overlooking the private pool and terrace with views to the sea. The large cool porch is bordered with palm trees and overlooks the lovely orchard garden with citrus, olive, almond, apple, pear, peach, fig, apricot trees and grape vines

Our small country finca, set in 2500 sq. metres, is situated up a track off a quiet country lane, just off the main Cán Picafort - Muro - Santa Margalida road. Only 1.5 km. from the nearest beach and large supermarket and 2 km. from the resort centre. There are 2 excellent bar/restaurants only 5 minutes walk down the lane.

  • We can also accept payment in pounds sterling. Please ask us for the current equivalent rates in sterling or other currency. Payments can be made by sterling cheque or by bank transfer in euros or sterling. We will supply bank details on our Booking Form/Contract.
    We are not tour operators, nor have other properties to rent. The finca is our own family home and we try to offer our visitors to Mallorca all the comforts of home, with minimum small print and restrictions.
    If you would like more information please contact us. If you would like to book, we would require one third of the total rental cost on booking, with the balance invoiced to you four weeks before departure. We will provide you with local information, maps and any other help you may need.
  • One week is the minimum rental period. Extra days are charged pro rota at the rate for the period. Bookings which cross over pricing periods will also be charged pro rota.

Outside areas of the finca and swimming pool: The finca is set in 2600 sq. metres. Across the garden is the shady car port and barbecue with a large rustic seating area. The spacious roof terrace has sunbeds and offers panoramic views to the sea, mountains and central plain of Mallorca. The swimming pool is solar heated and measures 7.5 metres by 4.0 metres, and has a ladder, steps and raised retaining wall surround for safety. The depth varies from 1.56 metres to 1.75 metres. The pool terrace above has sunbeds and gated access. For children we offer some outdoor garden play equipment including table tennis, basketball, swings, toys and a play-pen. The garden also has a pool cabin which has a double sofa bed, toilet and shower. There is a laundry room underneath the pool terrace with washing machine and outdoor drying area.

Interior of the Finca: Traditional high beamed ceilings keep cool in summer. There is an air conditioning unit in the main lounge, which is also a heater. We also supply fans. We have Spanish digital TV and UK Sky on satellite for our British clients, and will change to Eurosat for our European clients. We also have video and DVD players and a selection of DVD's, tapes and library of books and music.

Babies and Toddlers: As well as the outdoor equipment we offer a cot with linen and high chair at no extra cost. We can also provide you with an OFSTED Registered Child Minder to babysit.

Golf: There is a very popular golf course at Alcanada (5 km.), also at Capdepera and Pollensa - within a 30 minute drive.

This is an exceptionally nice house with friendly and helpful hosts. The location is lovely and quiet, well away from the crowds, but close to restaurants, beaches and shops. We found the house very clean and well equipped. It is an ideal base from which to sightsee by car. It got a 'thumbs up' from our two teenagers, who can be hard to please and we would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Holiday Dreams Fulfilled

A beautiful villa with beautiful scenery. A perfect holiday setting that becomes magical at night when the garden, pool and barbecue lights appear! So peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of toys for children of all ages to play with, whilst Mum & Dad relax in, or near, the solar-heated pool. With Can Picafort so close for all other holiday activities, we found this to be the ideal holiday destination for us, for families, and for couples.

Thank you all for your welcoming and helpful knowledge of Mallorca and all this beautiful island has to offer. Looking forward to coming again in the near future, our holiday dreams have been fulfilled.

It was difficult to find somewhere with the right accommodation for 3 generations of the family to holiday together, but the finca certainly ticked all our boxes on paper. In reality it was even better than we imagined!

There was something for everyone, from a 1yr old to a 61-year old and the owners had thought of absolutely everything! There were lots of toys for the kids to play with (for the times they were actually out of the pool), and plenty of quiet and shady areas for us adults to relax if we wanted to.

We were all really impressed with the service and attention of the owners from the moment we landed in Majorca to the moment we left. We really couldn't have wished for more and look forward to returning one day for another enjoyable holiday.

We had the holiday we were looking/hoping for.
We wanted a quiet location with easy access to local amenities. The finca was just what we needed: spacious, well decorated, in good condition, well equipped and the solar-heated pool was always occupied. The large gardens were an added benefit as was the splendid b-b-q area.
We were particularly impressed with the service and care from the owners, from greeting to farewell.
Having "villa holidayed" for numerous years, this experience ranked amongst the best!
