Secluded location with fantastic mountain views with sun from early morning and all day on the large terrace. This 2 storey semi detached villa is bright and spacious with ceiling fans and satellite TV. Upstairs consists of a very spacious dining room leading on to a large terrace. The kitchen and dinning area is fully furnished with fridge/freezer, electric hob and microwave, all new. There are 2 double bedrooms both en suite with an additional bathroom to cater for the 2 other bedrooms. There is a communal pool with a well maintained private garden. It is a 7 minute walk to Pals beach with its numerous shops/restaurants.

The coastline of Pals and its neighbouring town, Begur is famous for its spectacular beauty and breathtaking views. The coastline is dotted with small coves and beaches (try Sa Riva beach 10 minute drive). The famous Pals beach, with shops and an abundance of excellent restaurants is approximately 100 metres from the house and easily accessed by foot. Visit the walled town of Pals (5 minute drive) or Begur with its spectacular views (10 minutes). Girona is a 40 minute drive while Barcelona is less than one and half hours. You can be in France in less than one hour. The immediate location is serviced by numerous shops and 2 large supermarkets offering everything from shoes to king prawns ready for grilling on the barbeque (provided with the house). There are 3 superb golf courses, all within a 10 minute drive.
