Traditional house in historical district close to the harbour and the castle

Sinners' small house in the historic district of Almeria. Friendly and authentic district, fantastic view over the castle from the flat roof (see photo). Close to "mercado", stores, restaurants, port and very pleasant strolls on the "paseo" and by the sea. The most close beach is located in 20 min on foot. Simple comfort indeed for the persons in search of authenticity.
Ideal situation to visit Andalusia if you are motorized: Grenada, Sierra Nevada, natural reserve of cabo of gata, desert of Tabernas, mini holywood, potters' villages, sea resorts (Mojacar, Roqueta, agua dulce).

Wonderful location, roof deck great
We stayed for 1 month and the apartment is small and comfortable, good for 2 people, master bed fine but short for someone tall, shower is good. Would be helpful if TV/other instructions were in English also. First floor is very dark, can't really open shutters as alley level but roof deck is great with plastic chairs and a view of the fortress, laundry on roof is convenient. Kitchen stocked with basics for cooking, stovetop and toaster oven. Grocery 5 minute walk, restaurants 10 min walk, large Mercado about a 15 min walk. There is no internet in the apartment which is quite an inconvenience, we walked to a cafe 10 minutes away for internet daily.

super pied à terre
Nous avons passé de super bonnes vacances. Ayant de la famille à Alméria, on a beaucoup profité d'eux et on a aussi fait le mario park à Roquetas de Mar. On est aussi allé à Mini Hollywood à Tabernas et mes enfants ont très bien profités du temps et de la famille. Maison très agréable et ruelle très calme pour la situation géographique. Et nous avons profités de l'ambiance de la coupe du monde gagné par les espagnols. Je conseille cette maison à une famille avec des enfants en bas âge.

Almeria authentique
En vacances avec un groupe d'amis nous avons loué cette maison qui est bien placée dans la vielle ville au pied de l'alcazaba , proche de tous commerces , marché , centre ville et des plages. la maison permet de profiter le l ambiance andalouse en tout simplicité. les soirées sur la terrasse de toit , avec une vue imprenable sur l alcazaba illuminé, sont un vrai plaisir. De par la proximité du centre ville , nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la feria . c 'est vraiment à faire. Seul bémol le parking , il est assez difficile de ce garer dans les rues étroites du centre ville. Autres choses à faire et à voir le parc naturel de Cabo de Gata et l ' alhambra de grenade , attention il faut réserver.

Excellent Séjour à Almeria
Excellent séjour à Almeria. La situation géographique de la maison (au dessous de l'Alcazaba) ainsi que le charme typique et atypique du lieu nous ont laissé de très bons souvenirs. De plus et ce n'est pas négligeable lorsque l’on est en vacance, la maison est située à proximité de nombreuses commodités. Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse du voisinage qui reflète bien l'accueil que nous a fait l'Espagne en général et l'Andalousie en particulier. Excellent séjour à Almeria.

Le coeur de l'Andalousie
Nous sommes un couple de 30 ans. Nous avions fait une halte d'une semaine a Almeria dans cette maison lors d'un tour de l'Andalousie. Cette semaine était vraiment le moment fort de notre voyage. Nous étions arriver de nuit depuis Malaga, et au départ, pas facile de se repérer dans ce petit quartier traditionnel, fait de petites ruelles pavées et colorées. Mais cet emplacement s'est avéré idéal : central et a même temps un peu a l'écart de l'agitation du centre ville ( nous étions en pleine semaine de feria, et il y avait dans la ville un grand nombre de spectacles de flamenco, fetes culinaires, etc.) Parmi les meilleures souvenirs dans cette maison, les tapas de pescados a savourer avec un verre de sangria sur le toit quand la nuit tombe et que le château qui surplombe le quartier est éclairé. Inoubliable ! Rajoutez a cela une petite voiture pour pouvoir rayonner dans la région ( le desert ''farwest'' de tabernas au nord et, la région arrosée de soleil du Cabo de Gata et de ses plages secrètes, a peu près a une demi heure de voiture, et pour les plus téméraires un détour par les collines magiques des Alpujarras, a prévoir sur 2 jours.) et vous avez un dépaysement parfait.
