The accommodation offer one bedroom apartment, with comfortable and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and spacious patio. This ideal for a couple.
For families we also have a two bedrooms apartment, with big kitchen, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and patio. Ideal for a family of 4 people.
All the self-catering accommodation are private with own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace.
The patio is also very good for alfresco dinner with a stone-built barbacue at the front.

Location is ideal to reach the beaches in only 5 min avoding the traffic jam by getting home. Lazzaretto beach and Le Bombarde are the closest beach and ones of the most beautiful in Alghero area. Going on the Porto Conte side you will get to the other famous beach: Mugoni, close to the Pine forest.
Agriturismo (typpical sardinian resaturants) are available in the area. Diving centre and water sports are also practible at the Capo galera or Porto Conte Diving centre, 5mins from the house.

Fertilia-Alghero: Fertilia. this is the closest village at only 5mins driving. Sea village born in the fascism period it has been converted into a tourism spot and one of the most elegible place during summer season from toursits that are not searching caos and crowd for summer holidays. All services available in the area: pizzeria's, ice cream shops, bar, post office, bank, grocery, bus stop.
Alghero can be reach in just 10 min driving. Going on the nice route along the coastline, about 7 km.
Alghero is the most characteristic tourist resort on the Coral Riviera, a litoral made up of solitary creeks, of small bays with white sandy beaches all crowned by thick forests and high cliffs which tower over an emerald-green sea. The mild climate, the crystal-clear water, the delicate scents of the Mediterranean vegetation invite the tourist to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday.
