The luxury villa located in one of the Sesimbra Castle hills, facing the ocean with a wonderful view to the village bay and beaches.The area is a part of Costa Azul, which integrates the entire coast line from Lisbon to Setúbal and far south.The proximity to a lot of beautiful beaches and of course a large choice of special seafood restaurants, as well as access to a lot of activities related with the sea. Its previlege location,35 min from Lisbon, 2hrs from Algarve.It`s also very romantic place with a lot of panoramic spots,terraces and gardens. Proper for self-catering the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and another kichenette in the upper part of the house, where are a 2nd living room with a panoramic view, located close to the terrace which offers outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Sesimbra evenings.The terrace leads into a garden which feature a private swimming pool & a grass area for relaxation or used simply as children play area.
House maintenance: The villa will be totaly cleaned at any change-over and only partially and lightly cleaned once per week during the 15 days or longer stays. Bed and toilets clothes will be changed also on weekly based. This actions are included in shown fares . Any additional or an extended cleaning ( if required) could be provided against an additional 35 euros fee if previously asked. Other forms of cleaning (hours and payment which is around 7 or 8€/hour) could be posssible and established within guests and the house maid, depending anyway the availability.
Sign in: 1- For weekly rental the entrance day should be during any midweek day so excluding the weekend days.
2- At the arrival, the owners will deliver you the house keys and will help you to deal with the house, guiding you by all you need to know. Should the estimated arrival at Sesimbra be delayed for +1 hour, the guests must phone to owners updating the arrival.
3- The sign in the high/peak season should be after 4 pm cause the house is usually occupied so a proper cleaning and maintenance services should be observed.
4- Check-out - For the same reasons the check out when in high or peak season should be until 10 am.
5- The above mentioned does not preclude the owners to be flexible if the day before or after the guest stay is not occupied.
6- Anyway there is a possibility to just to leave the guest luggage in the villa while waiting (go for a walk, visit the place or go for lunch), after all cleaning and arrangements are finished guests may return and than really check in.
other considerations: 1. Internet: the house has a free Internet access.
2. Access: the house has an easy access by car. The house stays in a hill and is served by a regular road.
3. Beach: the beach is 400 m away, anyway to come back from the beach the car is the most comfortable way to reach the house, once it is located in the middle of a hill in a half way to Sesimbra castle.
4. The house is strictly for non smokers. If you are a smoker guest please don`t choose us. A penalty ( for all fabrics cleaning in the house) will be charged and deducted from Safety deposit if smoking or tobacco smoke smell is detected inside the house perimeter.
