About Tom Turley
I'm a native to Los Angeles, I went to college at UCLA, and have lived near the beach for almost 20 years.
Tom Turley purchased this bungalow in 2013
Why Tom Turley chose Playa Del Rey
I started living on the beach in Playa del Rey 13 years ago. I wanted to find the perfect beach vacation getaway for visitors and travelers, and finally found this home in 2013. This is one of the few areas of Southern California that still has a laid back, casual beach atmosphere, without all the crowds and traffic of most of Southern California. It's a step back in time to a quieter period...and with an undeveloped beach: nothing but a few volleyball courts and a bike riding path near the water.
What makes this bungalow unique
waking up to the sunrise glistening on the waves, riding your bike to Venice Beach, Santa Monica, or Manhattan Beach, swimming in the blue Pacific ocean, or watching the sunset from your living room couch....all without the crowds and traffic of most Southern California beaches.
