You can have dinner in the garden by the pool which has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean, and Notre Dame de la Garde. Absolute tranquillity in the traditional district of Endoume and Vallon des Auffes. access to the coves by bus. All sorts of shopping facilities nearby. You can visit Marseille by foot, but you will also have a place to park your car safely in the garden. Also at your disposition are many excursion possibilities, tours, places to discover close by or within the region, restaurants, and cultural events that will take place during your stay.

Cleaning €20

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Charges included
  • The rates vary according to the season. A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid upon reservation. The balance must be paid on the day of your arrival, along with a €250 security deposit that will be returned to you on the day of departure after the inventory takes place.
    Prices include utilities (water, heating). If you would like us to provide linens, theren will be an extra €15 charge (cost of laundry and ironing). If you want a housekeeper to do the cleaning €20 will be charged at the end of your stay.
  • Arrival is on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. onwards and departure takes place Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at the latest, unless there has been a prior agreement. During mid and peak season, rental is weekly. Shorter stays are possible during low season, excluding holidays.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR250.00
