  • The rate includes the cleaning of the end stay (possibility cleaning during the stay with an additional charge), the beds are changed at your arrival, the toilet linen (1 bath towel and 1 towel per person), the household linen (tea towels, napkins). You have to pay a 150 Euros security deposit when you arrive and it will be refunded after the visit at the end stay. You have to pay a 30 percent deposit at the booking and the balance two months before your arrival.
