NEW for 2009**** On site dining in our private BISTRO/rotisserie/with food from our wood burning oven. Accommodations for 2-20+ persons. Large 11 x 6M outdoor swimming pool, guest laundry and shower room and W/C by the pool, large fruit orchard offering abundant fruit choices throughout the summer. BBQ's with all accommodations. All cottages fully furnished with complete kitchen and dining arrangements, TV/DVD/CD's. Large DVD rental library on site. Bike rentals for those wanting to explore this beautiful wine region. Recreational amenities include: Volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, boules, etc. Tennis in village just 3K away. Private, peaceful and serene with excellent open space for children activities. Great for young families + couples wanting a peaceful break.. Winter rates for house hunters and NOGARO circuit users.

We are located just 3K outside of a village with all amenities in the BAS ARMAGNAC wine region, home to foie gras and magret de canard. Local activities include: equestrian, aquatic lake sports, fishing, ultra lite, single engine, glyder and helicopter schools. The famous NOGARO racing circuit is 10 min drive. Lovely white sandy beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor and Biarritz are within 1 - 1/2 hrs drive. Tour vineyards, chateaux and bastides and enjoy local music fetes and celebrations from spring through fall, with notables such as Pentecot at Vic Fezensac, Condom Bandistas in May, Nogaro running of the bulls, Mirande country in July and MARCIAC Jazz in August to name but a few! The lovely spa town of Barbotan Les Thermes is just 10 k away. For cycling enthusiasts, there is ample opportunity to test some of the routes made famous by the Tour de France. Visit the Pyrenees/Lourdes for a day out, or just relax by the pool with a book and a chilled glass of wine.

    Prices for 4 persons 750.00 per week . Discounts for off peak. A final clean fee is charged of 10.00 euros per person. A security deposit of 150.00 euros upon arrival, refunded within 5 days. Towels provided for house use only. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Please inquire for an inclusive group rate for large parties. We can include breakfasts and evening meals.
    LARGE discounts for 3 weeks rental or winter rental. Crib rental 10.00 euros for children under 2 yrs. B&B offered out of peak season, from 65 euros for 2 persons/night, min. 2 nights.(October - Easter

Locally, you can try your skill on the NOGARO auto racing circuit, or a lesson in a glyder, ultra lite, single engine or helicopter. We also have bike rentals and will help you plan a 5K or a 25k cycling route! Equestrian schools locally. Totaly trust your Tom Tom on directions fantastic journey down.On arrival Simon greeted us and welcomed us to this lovely place with a cup of tea.The conversion of the former stable block is fairly good and comfortable,air conditioning would be a bonus during the realy warm months.
Kitchen well equiped/ beds good/ modern equipment ie tv etc.
Pool very good as it has just been rebuilt /plenty of room for families.
Village shops sufficient for what you require but go further ie 10 mins for better choice.
The place is very quiet and charming set amongst woods and vineyards......the need of the bistro was our attraction as it would have been ideal with a young family but had to cook each night as the lack of restaurants localy. We did find an excellent one location last turning on the left before you hit the Supermarket outside of Touloje (spelling??) ten minutes in the car.
Overall if they get their priorities right and concentrate on the business this will be a great place to stay......the owners need to think about what people appreciate about a holiday ie the little touches.We enjoyed it any way
