Every apartment has lake view, a huge patio or balcony to eat outside enjoying the open air with all your family or friends. Finely furnished, with SAT TV and DVD, well equipped kitchen incorporated in the living room with fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle, cutlery, dishes. And to rest, a modern and complete bedroom, with king-size bed and two single beds in the second bedroom will be there for you. The lake front, where you will find the new touristic Moniga harbour and the beach, is about 200m away, the town's historic centre is a 5 minute walk. Inside the relais there will be a self-service laundry facilities, reception, shared swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for use, BBQ facilities and a garage for every car. Self catering, Lake view.

The 1 bedroom apartment is well sized (70 sqm) and located at the ground or top floor. SAT TV and DVD player, just in case of a rainy day! Heating and air-conditioning system. There are a sofa and sofa-bed, table and chairs. The living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, though in summer you will probably enjoy dining outside on the balcony/porch. The living area seats 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, with microwave, hob, fridge, sink and so on - everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a bedroom and one shower room. Bedroom 1: has a double bed.

We are perfectly located in a peaceful and relaxing area with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 5 min walk away. 200 m away are the shores of Lake Garda and the new touristic harbour where you will find lakeside restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlors, ferries to go all over Lake Garda, boat hire and scooter hire. You will never get bored, there is plenty of things to do: visit Venice, Verona, Milan and Mantova and all lake villages, wine cellars, oil museums. You can do all kind of sports: 3 golf courses in 10 minutes by car, sailing, horse riding, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, cycling, trekking... And for your children we have fun parks (Gardaland) and aqua parks (Caneva, Alto Mincio) nearby...but do not forget to relax, maybe drinking a good bottle of Chiaretto and gaze at the lake!

My husband & I spent two weeks in Moniga on Lake Garda last year. The apartment was beautiful, very new, very clean & had a huge balcony overlooking the lake. The drawback for us was the fact that we don't drive, as there were no local taxis & very few buses, so a car is a must if you want to explore the lake. The harbour was only a few minutes walk away with several restaurants & our favourite open air bar "O Pescador" (Ask the owner Paola to direct you to her brother's restaurant----food to die for). Last but certainly not least, were Jenny & Thomas our hosts at Relais Rosa. We have never met such friendly & helpful people. Nothing was too much trouble for them & I am sure you will enjoy their hospitality.

Family Holiday at Lago de Garda

We were delighted with our stay at Lake Garda. The accomodation was clean and user friendly. Lovely relaxed vibe from the venue and all the staff were so helpful and very friendly. Excellent pool on site and the lake only a 5 minute walk away for more adventures. A great family holiday. Will definitely head back to this resort. Ciao

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem sehr gepflegten, stilvollen Appartement. Die Anlage ist großzügig gestaltet, ruhig und einladend. Auch der Swimmingpool und die Grillstelle haben wir gerne genutzt und genossen. Wir möchten uns auch für die Betreuung bedanken und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder.Familien R. und Z. aus Ander 1 + 2 im Juni 2009

Sehr schöne und gepflegte, neue Anlage, Seeblick, Altstadt und Hafen von Moniga zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar.

Problemlose Abwicklung der Buchung übers Internet mit prompter freundlicher Beantwortung aller Anfragen.
Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität. Ebenso die Angabe über die Lage, Weg zum Strand eventuell etwas länger (habe es nicht nachgemessen ;-)), allerdings absolut akzeptabel, da zudem ein kleiner aber absolut ausreichender Pool auf dem Geländer, der sehr sauber ist und zeitweilig auch von einem Bademeister betreut wird. Am See Kieselstrand (Badeschuhe zu empfehlen), See ist sehr sauber und mit angenehmer Temperatur.

Abgeschlossenes durch Nummerncode gesicherte Areal mit nicht zu vielen Ferienwohnungen.
Saubere Unterkunft. Jede Woche reichlich frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ausstattung des Hauses für Urlaubszwecke mindestens ausreichend, wenn nicht mehr. Klimaanlage in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer (funktioniert gut).
Supermarkt unweit der Anlage, mehrere auch preisgünstige Pizzerien in Laufdistanz, auch höherwertige Restaurants am Ort (allerdings selbst nicht ausprobiert).
Gute Ausflugmöglichkeiten (Verona, Venedig - nur mit dem Zug zu empfehlen, geht aber problemlos).
