 La Clusaz.

  Exceptional views of the Aravis valley and the mountains of the Needle, the Slack, and Beauregard.

  100m: Access to the entire ski area.

                  Ski lift Blue field (RDV ESF Surf), 2 minutes to Ski Champ Giguet (RDV Alpine ESF).

 Parking near the chalet. For rent closed individual garage.

DESCRIPTION of the apartment:

  Apartment of 40sqm with 10sqm attic.

 

  Living room with rustic furniture and a sofa bed for 2 persons.

  Rustic fireplace.

  Kitchen with:

   - Dishwasher.

   - Four and four hotplates.

   - Microwave -ondes.

   - Fridge with freezer compartment.

   - All necessary cookware. Iron and ironing board.

  Bathroom (shower and sink).

  1 Separate toilet.

  Attic room 1: 1 bed (1 60m) for 2 people.

  Attic room 2: 2 bunk beds 1 person.

  Closets and storage units in every room.

  Blankets and pillows are provided.

Electrical heating the ground.

SOUTH facing balcony with table and chairs.

Individual ski locker closed.

Services not included: Rental TV, closed individual garage, linen, wood for the fireplace.

petit appartement coquet

joli petit appartement très propre, très bien aménagé. Vue magnifique et chalet facile à trouver. Location au calme à l'écart du village (15 min à pied pour des enfants). L'annonce correspond à la réalité et le propriétaire est très accueillant. Le village est plutôt touristique (boutiques, jeux pour enfants, beaucoup d'animations,plusieurs télécabines, nombreux restaurants). Je recommande le voyage à tous ceux qui veulent se dépayser en s'amusant.

appartement très bien aménagé et lumineux.Dans la cuisine,l'electroménager est de bonne qualité et rien n'est oublié.Le propriétaire qui est moniteur de ski peut donner des cours.

Une très belle vue,un joli appartement,avec garage,monsieur Goy a beaucoup d'humour et en plus est vraiment sympathique..

Chalet situé près des pistes avec vue superbe

Appartement fonctionnel, convenant très bien pour quatre adultes et deux enfants. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui n'a pas manqué de nous donner les bonnes informations pour notre séjour. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Très bel appartement, coquet et propre confrome au descriptif. Très bon accueil du propriétaire lors de notre arrivée, très chaleureux, avec des conseils très utiles. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de repos, de glissade, de marche dans la neige, de détente.
