Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with south-facing terrace overlooking gardens while enjoying partial views of the sea & Esterel mountains. Located directly opposite the beach which is approximately a 100m walk. Eden Park is a gated residential complex, with beautiful landscaped gardens and two sculpted swimming pools; one outdoor, the other a heated indoor pool. Just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town of Le Suquet, with its abundance of restaurants. The old port (Vieux Port) and the Palais des Festivals (the Film Festival venue) are 10-15 minutes walk along the promenade. Boulevard de La Croisette (the famous seafront promenade) and Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) are both just seconds away from the Palais. There is a small commercial centre including a cafe, chemist, hairdressers & doctor situated directly across from the complex.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices quoted are not relevant for major congresses or Christmas/New Year. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Sunday arrivals or late arrivals are subject to availability of key holders and will be liable to an additional fee. A security and breakage deposit of EUR600 is required and payable on arrival. It is returned after inspection on departure. Local taxes (taxe de sejour) are payable on arrival and are given directly to the city.
  • Linen hire can be arranged through our local management company at a cost of EUR25 per pack. Each pack contains bed linen & towels for one person.
  • Shorter rentals and mini-breaks are available during winter months.

A week in Cannes

I have just returned from a week in Cannes with my wife, 17 year old daughter and one of her friends. Our brief was to find a property in France with a pool that was close (ie walking distance) to the beach and amenities of a town. We experienced difficulties finding such a property before discovering Eden Park which I am pleased to say ticked all boxes.
The apartment itself was clean and spacious in a secure and attractive apartment complex. The location was excellent, being literally 2 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from old Cannes and 15-20 minutes from the centre of Cannes.
We did hire a car, both to deal with the transfer from Nice airport and to be able to visit other places such as Monaco, Grasse and St. Tropez. We enjoyed these trips which also served to confirm what a good choice we had made in selecting Cannes as our base.
The result was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing week, both for two 17 year old girls and the older generation!

An excellent place to spend the Christmas week in the sun without the hassle of air travel. We experienced temparatures of +/- 15°C, which the locals told us was about normal. Blue skies, azur sea (of course), perfect. Even better there were no other toursists, just the locals, which made getting around very easy indeed.

The appartment is very well placed, a short walk from the old town of Cannes and the main shopping street (a must for window shoppers) yet was rather calm. The description was spot-on, i.e. it was well appointed, very spacious for a family of four, clean and well-maintained, and set in luxurious gardens. The indoor pool was a huge bonus, and we virtually had it too ourselves. Being a gated residence gave us total tranquility for the car, but we also noticed that it is also a 15 minute walk to the station.

We used this also as a base for a bit of touring - the Gorges du Loup and the villages therein (especially Gourdon and Tourettes), Grasse and Monaco were easy to get too and well worth the visit, especially at thsi time of year when there are very few other tourists.

All in all very good - thoroughly recommended, especially to families such as ours with a couple of children around 10, as well as more mature people.

Having taken many holidays in Cannes, we have never found a property in such a good location yet which is within a most peaceful and attractive setting. The apartment itself is elegant, spacious and stylish and equipped to a high standard. Moreover, its position within the complex is ideal - quiet, secluded and private with a lovely view of the beautful gardens and a partial sea view. We've already booked for next year!

The apartment is very nice indeed, providing every facility,well decorated and furnished. It is in a beautiful quiet setting,close to all the facilities of Cannes. We can recommend the appartment to any prospective visitor and are looking forward to returning later this year.
