Our beautiful single story, 5 Bed 3 Bath 'Executive' home is located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community, only an 11 minute drive to Walt Disney World.


Our home consists of: Formal Dining Room; Family Room with Cable TV, DVD, VCR, CD Stereo System; High Speed Internet Connection; fully equipped Kitchen; Breakfast Nook; Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer and a 2 Car Garage with remote.


The bedroom configuration consists of: King Master Suite; Queen Master Suite with a bathroom that doubles as a Pool Bath; King Bedroom; Queen Bedroom; Twin Bedroom; 3rd Bathroom; Both Masters have Flat Screen TV's & DVD Player and the other bedrooms have TV's.


There is a Covered Lanai & Deck with a Swimming Pool overlooking the Golf Course and facing west is ideal for the sun worshippers and for watching those famous Florida sunsets.


Highlands Reserve Community offers: a challenging, Mike Dasher designed, 18 hole Championship Golf Course; all-weather Tennis Court; Children's Playground and a Community Swimming Pool. Adjacent to the community is a Publix Supermarket and various stores and restaurants.
