The Sant Antoni Apartment is a designer brand new and newly furnished double bedroom apartment. This charming, design apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with double bed. The living area and the new equipped open kitchen with all best brands new appliances, including, microwave, refrigerator, washing-dryer machine. In the bath have been used high quality Italian ceramics and tropical woods. The design apartment is all exterior with wooden beams and ,the floors made from natural oak from France and natural stone from India; heating system, air conditioning, WIFI INTERNET ADSL access a 25” flat TV & Sony PlayStation2 player & Sattellite TV, and also each room has a wardrobe with space for your clothes, iron , hairdryer are also provided. Sheets, blankets and towels are included. The apartment is in the second floor of a building of 3 floors high with only 5 flats in all the building. The building has no lift as most of the buildings in the historical city

The Raval area is a popular district full of bars, restaurants and also markets and shops. My sister, 2 full grown kids and myself stayed in this apartment for a week. While it was somewhat crowded at times, the amenities, location, and cleanliness more than made up for it. Joan Como, owner, was very helpful in getting us settled and arranged for a taxi to get us back to the airport at the end of our stay. The apartment itself is very centrally located and close to many, many retaurants, supermarkets, vendor markets and has excellent proximity to the bus, subway and taxi stands. I would definately recommend the apartment and would be more than happy to stay here again if we visited Barcelona a second time.

Convenient, compact and comfortable

The location of this apartment is convenient to transport, shops and a large market. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. My wife, grown up son and I had no problems whatever. The Landlord, Joan, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The only point I would make is that being in quite a narrow alley there is no "view" from the windows but that was not a major problem for us. We would certainly be happy to return should an opportunity arise in the future.

Great apartment!

Our family of 5 large adults spent 9 days in this very nice, clean apartment.
It provided everything we needed - and more!
My husband and son-in-law particularly
enjoyed playing the video games, which provided great entertainment for all of us.

While the apartment was quite small and "cozy" with 5 large adults, it was a perfect location. Of course the fifth person
sleeps in the living room and loses some privacy, but this wasn"t a problem in our case.
The apartment is only a few steps from Mercat Sant Antoni (which we enjoyed spending time in) and the
subway - a short walk to the Rambla and Barri Gotic with many food markets, restaurants and shops along the way
in the immediate neighborhood. Being so close to the metro
made getting around the entire city very easy, and the subway
is certainly alot cleaner, cheaper and easier to use than the New York City subways.

Aside from being one of the nicest people on the planet, Joan
provided excellent customer service - above and beyond anything I would have expected!

All the information provided in the "apartment description" is
exactly accurate, and if I'm ever lucky enough to get back to
Barcelona, I would surely stay in this apartment again!

I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!

Small but confortable. Central location.

Small but comfortable apartment. Very central location, easy to get anywhere in the city as the metro station is nearby. Market also close, easy to buy local produce. Several shops in same street as apartment. Very friendly owner was quick to welcome us to the apartment and give us a little tour, even after 10 PM. Air Conditioning in the apartment was a very welcome feature after a long day in the city.

This place will not disappoint you. The owner is one of the nicest you will ever meet and the dryer sure helps a lot. Whatever facilities he has is genuine so that is very important for internet clients. Believe me you will not regret this and the unique thing is the absolutely first class locking system. Wow!!!!!
