Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• DOG (with prior agreement ) € 25 per week per Dog.
  Heating during cold periods =10% of the rental.
  LINEN & TOWEL SUPPLY - INCLUDED ( Towels for the beach not included ).
  FINAL CLEANING is INCLUDED in the rental price.
  DAMAGES DEPOSIT € 150 per booking to be paid in cash on arrival to be refunded upon departure providing no damage has been done and no 'excess cleaning ' is necessary.
  25% DEPOSIT to secure a booking to be paid into our bank account the balance to be paid into the same account 6 weeks before arrival.
  CANCELLATION POLICY Once the deposit has been paid and you need to cancel your booking : If we are able to rent out the property for the week/s you cancelled we will refund your deposit.
  if however we are not able to rent out the property we will be obiged to keep the amount. these conditions also apply to the balance of funds paid.
