Photos and Description of the Binisafuller vacation rental 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 shower room. It sleeps 8 people plus infant.

Situated in an elevated position in Binisafuller Playa, the villa enjoys 360deg. views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Only 15/20min drive from the airport and 5/10min walk from the sheltered beach, it is ideal for children. 4 bedrooms consist of 1 large double ensuite, 1 twin en suite, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom. The comfortable open plan lounge/dining room has Sat. TV, DVD, Video; air conditioning/heating and doors leading to a large outside terrace for 'Al Fresco' dining. Steps go down to further terracing around the pool, barbeque area and lawn. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There is a large roof terrace with magnificent views and sun lounges. (Ideal for topping up your tan) All linen and towels are provided, plus beach towels, for your convenience. There is ample parking space for 2/3 cars. Friday is the main changeover day.

Nearest Airport: Mahon at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Mahon at 8 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 400.0 Metres
Car: recommended
Although close to the airport, the villa is in a quiet, tranquil part of the island above the sheltered beach of Binisafuller. There are bars, and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Also a tennis bar. A superb supermarket is only a 5 min drive where the staff speak English and you will find a good choice of both Spanish and English produce. The nearest town is Sant Lluis, about a 10 min drive away where there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Other beach resorts of Punta Prima, Salgar or Binibeca are 10/15min drive. The main town of Mahon is 15/20 min drive, where as well as all the usual attractions, there is a market twice a week and the busy port of Mahon, lined with shops and top class restaurants.

This Villa is beautiful, has spectacular views of the sea and is ideally located for local beaches. The Villa has a large pool with a lovely terrace and a barbeque area. It is furnished to a very high standard and provides everything you could need for the perfect holiday. Thanks to Liz and Arthur for making us feel so welcome.

A beautiful Villa

The villa was lovely with beautiful views. It was very well maintained and very clean (including the pool!) The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a good base to enjoy the Island from and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends and family. A big thank you to Liz and her family for a great holiday!
