TooMuchNice is a beautiful romantic villa set in a peaceful location with panoramic views of the ocean, St Kitts and Mount Nevis. Also ideal for a couple - upper floor has a loft style apartment feel. The villa is surrounded by newly landscaped tropical gardens with a gazebo offering 360 degree views of the island - a great spot to enjoy a sundowner.
The upper floor comprises a well equipped kitchen and vaulted sitting room with shutters that open fully to allow the breeze to flow through. A huge glass sliding door opens onto a spacious deck with a large swimming pool. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone to relax (or 'lime' as the locals say) either by the pool or in the shade of our deep porches. The sitting room leads to the master bedroom furnished in an Indonesian style with a king sized four poster bed. Adjoining is a large bathroom with a spa bath tub as well as a walk in shower.
The lower floor comprises a bathroom, 2 further bedrooms with kingsize beds and shutters which open onto ocean views and covered porches.
All Bedrooms have A/C and the property has WIFI
Golf and Tennis: 5 minutes by car to the Four Seasons Resort. 13 tennis courts, 3 Clay Courts. One of the most beautiful golf courses of the world as well as a fabulous spa.

My wife and I were seeking a quiet, romantic getaway and recently stayed a week in the TooMuchNice villa. We had a great time. The owners were easy to book with and their island team were professional and a pleasure to deal with. The property manager, Ian, arranged all of our transportation from the moment we stepped off the plane and was very informative about the island. The housekeeper, Rihanna, and her husband, Bhawan, were extremely nice. They even went out of their way to cut us fresh coconuts and teach us how to open them. As for the villa itself, it is clean, modern and well stocked. It was nice to arrive and find that it was actually prettier in real life than in the pictures. The views from the pool are simply amazing and the proximity to Chrishi Beach could not have been closer. Nevis is a small island but offers a wide variety of dining choices. Unlike most of the Caribbean, the food here is excellent. We ate out all but one night and the only bad meal we had was at Sunshines (wasn't horrible, but way overpriced and touristy). Golden Rock is a must for lunch. Its grounds are spectacular and more lush than the botanical garden. Having a candlelit dinner in the old sugar mill at the Montpelier Plantation was also about as romantic as you can get. The bottom-line is that both this villa and the island offer a laid back charm that should be experienced by all, but we will be just as happy to keep it our little secret.
We stayed at Much Too Nice for 10 nights on our honeymoon. The house was ideally located with spectacular sunset views, with quiet and privacy to spare. Everything worked well - kitchen, bath, bedroom - and was quite comfortable. But the best was the pool and outside space - perfect for a post-beach plunge. We were well-taken care of by the owners and the property manager. And Nevis itself is a real treat. We will be back someday.
We just returned from an absolutley wonderful week enjoying both the island of Nevis and "TooMuchNice"! The owners were wonderful to interact with and the house manager, Ian was very helpful and personable. If you are looking to relax, de-stress and have lots of privacy, "TooMuchNice" is perfect. The views from the sprawling decks were amazing. The pool spotless and refreshing and why go to the Botanical Gardens when you have one not only in your front yard, but your back yard as well! "TooMuchNice" was well maintened and very very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and a huge soaking tub that you must take advantage of! While we never cook on vacation, the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials (you will have to buy items such as napkins, Saran Wrap, etc. ). We love having a washer and dryer available as well since you can travel with a carryon! Property is in the perfect location on the island (didn't know it at the time since this was our first trip to Nevis) and a very easy drive to fabulous restaurants and beaches! If we ever get the change to visit Nevis again, we would definitely stay at "TooMuchNice"...a perfect home away from home!
Ian the house manager arranged for our arrival which made arriving a breeze. Arrive in st. Kitts and sea moss the cab driver was waiting and took us on a scenic drive to a beach to meet a private boat, Mr. relax. A start to a great vacation on a private boat ride to Oulie beach Nevis. Upon arrival Ian was waiting for us. The drive up to Too Much Nice in a quiet neighborhood up a hill and to the home, one word wow. The home is as and described and much more. The views: pool and living room is a view of the water and mountains and the back of the house mountain views. Amazing with grat trade winds. The gazebo is beautiful for sunsets and to watch storms roll in. David the Gardner does such amazing job my husband and I were not impressed with the botanical gardens on the island because this home has all the flora and more. If you leave the house which is difficult but a must to explore. Golden Rock and Montpiliar Hotel a must for history food and views. Funky Monkey Tours, right down the street from the house and a must for places your jeep cannot get to. Sunsets: this home, of course but also Nisbit hotel beach bar and Yachtsman Grill. Yachtsman Grill 5 minutes from the house has a very private beach with chairs. It might have been time of year but we had the beach and restaurant to ourselves the entire week. The owners of this restaurant treat you like family and have amazing food and food theme nights like pasta night, lobster night, beach BBQ night and music. Do not waste money at Four seasons restaurants the local places better food and more responsibly priced. With the exception of sunset and cocktails at mangoes. Bananas is a fun drive but with that said we went during the day I think it would be tricky at night. The views are beautiful and my husband had the local goat stew he said was tasty and spicy. Breakfast a must at mount Nevis hotel views and good food. We do not want to brag about Too Much Nice to our friends because we want to keep this our secret piece of paradise. Thank you again Julie and Roger.
Nevis is a fantastic location for a relaxing upscale vacation with family or friends and Too Much Nice is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the locale. Almost all features of this property are actually better than listed and we found it hard to leave the villa to explore the rest of island. Getting to the property is a breeze due to the great logistical support arranged by Ian. The location of the property is ideal as it is easy to drive to nearby beaches in either direction. I visited with my elderly father and my 2 young adult sons and all 3 generations found Too Much Nice to be much to our liking. The pool is spotless, the views are fantastic and I can't wait to return for out next visit. I highly recommend this property but hope that the booking calendar has room for us during our next visit.
What a great place to spend the week in Nevis. Fabulous accomodations, views and pool. We loved not needing to use any AC due to the wonderful ocean breeze.
Thanks Roger and Julie for sharing your lovely home with us. Next time 2 weeks for sure.

TooMuchNice offers the perfect setting to totally relax and is also well located to enjoy the island. The closest beach is just 3 mins away and others no more than 10 mins. A wide range of restaurants from upscale plantation hotels (Nisbet, Montpellier, Golden Rock) to beach bars are all within easy reach. Watersports including windsurfing scuba diving and deep sea fishing are nearby at Oualie Beach and the facilities of the Four Seasons resort with world class golf, tennis and spa, just a short drive. No where is too far on Nevis!
