An extremely comfortable and very calm gite in the centre of southern Touraine

In the heart of Touraine, 5 km from the town of Loches (all shopping facilities), close to Châteaux of the Loire, Le Clos Minière was completely renovated in 2006. Top-of-the-range services, carefully decorated, very comfortable for 7 to 8 people. Very quiet, opposite the Chanceaux forest near Loches. Open all year.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The rates above do not include charges. You should add:
    - € 15/person for house linen (€ 10 for sheets, € 5 for towels).
    - € 3/person for pool towels.
    - € 90 for final cleaning (beds undone, bins emptied).
    - € 60/week for electricity (May to September) and water (€ 30/weekend). From October to April, on the meter - you arrive at a warm house.

    € 900 Security deposit refunded within maximum 15 days after your departure.

    Holiday insurance (often included in your classic household insurance contract) to provide prior to arrival.
  • A lease is sent if you confirm your rental intention for 'Le Clos Minière' guest house. The rental will be confirmed upon recieving a 30% deposit (non refunded in case of cancellation).
    The balance shall be paid 1 month prior to arrival. The rental includes house rent, house linen rental, final cleaning, electricity charges (on the meter).

    Rental is from Saturday after 5:00 p.m. to the following Saturday before 10.00 a.m.
  • How 'Le Clos Minière' works:
    'Le Clos Minière' is an individual guest house rented exclusively on a weekly basis, for several weeks or a weekend (except in peak season).
    'Le Clos Minière' is open all year round.
    The guests cater for their grocery shopping and meals.
    When you arrive, key hand over, detailed visit of 'Le Clos Minière', main instructions given.
    Beds are made upon arrival.
    The house must be left clean, i.e. beds undone, folded sheets on the bed, house linen left downstairs on the dining table, bins emptied.
    You take care of glass and compost bins (many containers nearby in Loches).
    From October onwards the heating is on. You arrive at a warm house. An extra cost is required, according to consumption (on the meter).

    This guest house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR900.00
