A really lovely and cute 5th floor (no lift) air conditioned studio apartment with covered terrace - very well appointed, with fully fitted kitchen (and washing machine) bright and modern shower room. Large double bed and sofabed. Large flat screen TV - DVD and Videos and English Satellite television, with BBC and Sky news. Phone for incoming calls and free ADSL/wifi internet access.

There is a large kingsize double bed and further sofabed (suitable for 1 person) The apartment is sunny and bright and full of character. It is a modern shower - which is very powerful.

Situated 20 meters from the famous Place Rossetti in the heart of old (Vieux) Nice. This apartment is modern, clean and quiet, with the rarity of a terrace with allows you to take in the sounds and flavours from the privacy of your own apartment. This apartment is perfect for couples who want a romantic and central location in the heart of the old town, 200 meters from beach.

  • The Go-Nice agency that looks after you in Nice is very organized and has many years experience of organizing holiday rentals, they have a contract with Nice airport (or a central hotel near Nice train station if arriving by car or train) collecting keys is very simple and efficient, you can arrive any time of day to 12 midnight (everyday), simply show your passport at desk and keys will be issued, no waiting around trying to meet people or worrying about delays, there is no charge for this service and no extra charge for late arrivals or Sundays.

    On booking full key collection details and directions are sent - Payment is by credit card - Go-Nice has an office in central Nice at 11 rue du Congres which also gives you reassurance that there is someone available in emergencies or any everyday questions.

Notes: The property is on the 5th Floor (no lift) so need to be able to cope with 5 flights of stairs. The building is also 300 years old - so needs a little work on stairwell and hallways but is full of character.

It was our first time booking an apartment and the experience was worth while. The service was top notch. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a central place to stay. You couldn't ask for better.

A great place for a couple to stay, ideally located with the bus station and plenty of good places to eat and drink just a short walk away.

We had a fantastic week and the apartment was perfect as was the location. It was of very high standards being spotlessly clean and modern. Air conditioning was great and the apartment contained excellent facilities, TV, washing machine etc. We would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be returning. Great value for money!

The small apartment is more than large enough for two adults, and it is extremely well equipped

This is a lovely apaprment in a GREAT location. It does state that it is on the 5th floor, but be aware it's 103 steps and not for the unfit!
This apartment was great for the type of holiday we wanted. and the Ice Cream shop downstairs in the Square is the best. It was clean and just enough room for the 2 of us. Although when sitting on the toilet you have to sit slightly sideways or your knees hit the wall (I'm only 5ft3).
Over all it was a lovely apartment and good for young couples!
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

A superb studio, excellent location with all mod.c

I've tried to stay in one of these Rentals apartments in the past but without success. What a pity. The company is one which I would use again. The property was accurately described and a pleasure to stay in. Customer service was excellent offering the facility to pay by credit/ debit card making payment really easy. Key collection was first rate from the airport. We were fortunate that we could stay on until 7pm on our last day, again arranged with Paul who has gone out of his way to help throughout the whole process. I will stay in this or one of the other apartments in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending this to friends. The apartment is surrounded by all the entertainment / restaurants you could need and a stone's throw from the bus station.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
