Very comfortable three bedroom apartment in a quiet location. Satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen. Walk to sea, shops, bars, banks, tennis, gym and restaurants. Lots of entertainment close enough to walk to but not near enough to hear. Highly residential area. Community pool. Four championship golf courses, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar and La Finca. Spa baths and mud baths all within driving distance. Local coach trips to Benidorm, Guadelest and other scenic areas with the pick up point within walking distance. Street market on a Saturday within walking distance. Torrevieja is about four miles away and is worth a visit to promenade and see the lights. (per couple. 25E extra if more than two people) Playa Flamenca is situated south of Torrevieja on the coast, near to La Zenia, Las Ramblas, Campoamar, Villa Martin and Cabo Roig. The area boasts many fine blue flagged beaches. It is near to all amenities and leisure facilities all within walking distance. Four 18 hole golf courses are nearby and if you wanted to explore the countryside, there are pleasant walks along the coast. Lots to do for young and old alike. It is a quiet place to live, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars close enough to walk to with entertainment. Apart from that there are two banks and a large supermarket, Mercadona, again within walking distance. Inside the Mercadona supermarket there are small shops, hairdressers, telephone, fax and Internet café, opticians, jewellers and newspaper shop.

Notes: There is a communal pool surrounded by grass. The bathrooms (1 1/2) consist of one en-suite and the other is a sink and a toilet. There is a separate microwave and mini oven as well as, a main oven and hob. The apartment is situated on the second floor and has a security grilled door to enter the block. There is no rear access and unless you are a mountain climber with pitons, no way up the rear of the block. SPECIAL RATES: NO CHARGE FOR CLEANING, OCT TO TO MAY 2010- 150EUROS PER WEEK - NO CHARGE FOR CLEANING. If there are 4 people, the charge is 175E a week.

TERMS OF LETTING: I am sorry but we cannot accept all male or all female guests under the age of 25. Golfers are welcome. PLEASE NOTE THIS. I do apologise but I do have to say this. All please no animals and smoking to be outside the property, balcony, terrace etc. We, Mr and Mrs Eaton, cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents or losses incurred whilst the clients are renting the property. It is strongly suggested the clients take out adequate insurance. Should your holiday be curtailed or cancelled due to circumstances in your home country or an accident happening here in Spain, I am sorry, no monies can be returned.

Rates: Winter rates. 150E for two people. 3/4 people 175E 5 people 200E
