This is an attractive 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a converted Istrian house. The facilities include a small private pool with underwater lighting, a patio area with Mediterranean style seating for 6 with hammocks and sun lounges. There is a brick and gas barbecue. The interior is tastefully decorated and has an entrance hall leading into a lounge/dining area with TV, HiFi, Satellite and DVD with a selection of DVDs. The kitchen is small but modern and well equipped, with cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, and dual convection microwave, as well as a fridge with freezer. There is a double and a twin bedroom and facilities for 2 further occupants in the lounge area. The bathroom has shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a washing machine. Other facilities include air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 3 wheeled buggy and travel cot. The property is gated and there is a parking space allocated at the front of the house. Included is bed linen, cleaning and towels.

Antonci, Porec is central on the Istrian Peninsula and is only a short drive from the popular and historical coastal towns of Rovinj, Novigrad, Vsrar and Pula and the majestic views from the hilltop town of Motovun. This makes a perfect setting for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the surrounding area with many activities nearby such as horse riding, cycling, go karting, quad biking, hiking and walking plus water sports of every variety. The Croatian National Park near to Rijeka is about a 2 hour drive away. The island of Brijuni, which has a National Park and was the summer home of the former President Tito is a short boat trip away from Fanzana about 40 minutes drive along the coast. To sum up, this area offers something for everyone.

Das Apartment war sauber und gepflegt.Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Leider stimmt die angegebene Größe nicht ,auch war kein Ofen vorhanden.Wir waren 6Personen(4Erw.2K.) und es war recht eng.Die Betreuung war gut,wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war,genügte ein Anruf und es wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen.Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig!Wer es ruhig mag,ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Die Größe der Wohnung entspricht nicht den Angaben von 134 qm. Es ist auch kein Backofen vorhanden. Nachdem die Wohnung nochmal geputzt und einige andere Sachen repariert wurden haben wir uns ganz wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war bei den Temperaturen angenehm und sauber.Es sehr ruhig und die Mieter darüber nett.
