Isolated villa in a quiet haven of greenery, at the heart of vineyards

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is our pleasure to introduce you our villa in Lorgues (83510), in the department of Var, France.

It is located in a small town on the boundaries of Green Provence, High Provence and Southern Provence, 37 km from the beautiful sea. You will live in a haven of peace, close to the main centres of interest such as the Verdon Gorge and its majestic site (cliffs more than 700 metres high, ideal to introduce your mother in law to paragliding!), Quinson and its Museum of Prehistory ( the largest in Europe, you could lose her, if you know who I'm talking about...), Saint Tropez and Pampelonne beaches (to catch a glimpse of the jet-set!), as well as the cities of Marseille and its extravagance, Toulon and its harbour, Nice with its old quarters (chic!) and its carnival, Menton with its Lemon Festival, Monaco and its palace, not forgetting Fréjus the 'Roman' and its huge fine sandy beaches (no pebbles) as well as the blazing sun over St Aygulf - Les Issambres - Ste Maxime ( oh no! your mother in law getting sunburned!).

Our villa (listed 4 stars by the prefecture since 2002) is separated but not isolated (security), has all the comfort of a modern residence (please see the attached rental card) and is established on a wooded, landscaped property (palm trees, olive trees, laurels) of 5265 sq.m. Located in a cul-de-sac street, sheltered from the main roads, our villa can accommodate 8 people + 2 extra beds + 1 baby cot. The local custom of W.P.O (Water-Pastis-Olives) is not banned yet in our small paradise!

You will enjoy a guaranteed relaxation by the swimming pool (keep an eye on your mother in law!), that is completely fenced and secured according to the last standards in force (alarm and possibility to close all the pool accesses to children or tipsy husbands!) and has a surface of +/- 60 sq.m (L: 12m x 1.5 x D: from 0.80m to more than 2.10 metres), so you won’t feel cramped. The swimming pool and its sides are kept and cleaned every 2 - 3 days by one of our employees (in the early morning between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m.), prior to your waking up... or your bedtime (depending on you!).

Our rates are all taxes included and include: regular cleaning of the swimming pool and its surroundings, final cleaning, charges (water and electricity), local taxes, and for the braver ones, the disposal of a Ping-pong table, 6 mountain bikes (we provide the equipment, you provide the energy necessary for it to work!), an area for playing boules (and the boules), a badminton court (with equipment on site too), basketball hoop and ball, bodybuilding machine (muscular arms guaranteed) as well as sun loungers and hammocks (for those who are less reckless, like me, these are still holidays!). For our sweet little ones, they will enjoy 2 swing frames with swings, slide, ropes and a sand pit. A good mood and the sun are included, as well as the swimming pool water. We can guarantee its volume but not its temperature!

This idyllic place will delight you thanks to its peace, and you will have a VIP stay (Very Intense and Peaceful), and your tranquillity will only be interrupted by the cicadas shrilling and the dives of your cherubs; everything will be magnificent around you for a marvellous stay.

Our villa is located at the heart of a wonderful region, surrounded by a wood of pine and green oak trees.

Many easy hikes and rides in the heart of vineyards await you in the area (there are 5 mountain bikes at your disposal in the villa).

Less than 35km away, you can access the magnificent and majestic site of the Verdon Gorge, where you can hike on the Martel path along the Verdon, sail up the gorge by kayak, get acquainted with bungee or rave about the wonderful landscapes before you.

If you suffer from vertigo, you will have plenty of time to go to the seaside and enjoy the many water activities, such as jet-ski, sail, boat rental, kid-surf, etc. From Menton to Nice, including the legendary village of Saint Tropez, you will be spoiled for activities and leisure choices. It doesn't matter whether your holidays are passive or active, as you’ll always be under a dazzling and beneficial sun.

Our villa has all mod cons (please check out the rental card attached to your enquiry form). It is fully equipped with white goods and enough crockery for 8 to 10 persons. You will find sun loungers around the swimming pool and armchairs in the terrace to spend a delightful stay. A barbecue (gas) is at your disposal under the covered loggia. Several hammocks await you for a nap. A very large terrace with direct view of the pool (in order to keep an eye on your children) will host your long evenings outdoors.
