Perfect, extremely affordable vacation rental that has it all, 1 block to nearest pool, extra parking, many views of water and golf course, easy access out of the gate, walking to Cochella and to shopping..

This is a house that is well organized with many amenities. Condiments were available, paper products, dishes, sharp knives, and a complete kitchen. The washer and dryer were also great to have. No dishwasher, but that is minor compared with all the positives. It was also fun using the barbecue, and sitting out on the patio.
The house also has a great location located near a golf green and it was fun watching the golfers pitch on and put. Wonderful atmosphere. Jill was also delightful to work with and accomodative. We are a retired couple, but the house would be appropriate for families as well. We plan to return!
This is a great place. Jill is super easy to deal with. Place has a great view of the 5th green on Royal course. You are a 15 to 20 minute walk to golf club house. If u take car 3 mins. We golfed Friday and Saturday it was great.
My husband and I rented the property over the summer while we were in the Indio/Palm Beach area to adopt our baby. The property was great and provided us the comforts of home away from home. It is in a very nice, gated golf community that made us feel safe and secure. The gate guards were very friendly and patient, especially since we had lots of visitors. The neighborhood was convenient to stores and restaurants. The property itself was clean and well stocked with linens and basic supplies. The kitchen appliances were a bit dated (but the owners plan to replace these soon), but they worked very well. Besides, there was a wonderful gas grill on the patio so we did not cook with the stove that often anyway. The best thing about the physical property was the view from the patio (which you can see through large glass doors in the dining and living spaces). The property is on one of the greens, so you can watch the golfers in the mornings and evenings, and you can clearly see beautiful mountains in the background. Very relaxing! The owners were very attentive to our needs, checking in to make sure we had what we need to make our stay comfortable. There was one minor repair that needed to be made (and it could have waited until we left, the toilet was just making a sound but still worked fine), but they promptly come to get it fixed. When we come back to the area (and we likely will each year), we will definitely check to see if this property is available and rent from these wonderful owners.
This condo feels larger than it is, good sized rooms, travertine floors, and granite countertops. Master bedroom has large closet with mirrored doors that stretch the length of the room. Quiet neighborhood with great golf course views. Well stocked too. Appliances are a little older but worked excellently, propane grill on the patio was great as well. Verizon FIOS for cable and wireless internet performed flawlessly. Definitely staying again! Thanks Jill!
