The house is ideally situated in a great location, yet only 25 minutes from Nice airport, 1.5 kms from Grasse, beaches 16 kms away, the picturesque villages of Mougins, Valbonne, St. Paul de Vence are all close by, there are 8 championship standard golf courses within a 15 minute radius. The villa is beautifully decorated in Provencal style with tiled floors, painted furniture, white walls, comfortable sofas, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, microwave etc, separate utility room .
