165 Ampolas IV was constructed by s.b. obras in Feb 2004. The accommodation which sleeps 7 consists of 1 living area, 1 dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 main bathroom with double vanity basins and a hydro massage bath, and 1 en suite shower and toilet. The duplex has access to the outdoor swimming pool complex. This three bedroom semi-detached duplex is located on the outskirts of Torrevieja, in the south Costa Blanca. Torrevieja is a thriving coastal resort, with magnificent sandy beaches, parks and gardens. Peace and tranquillity is as easily found as entertainment and fun. The duplex is situated within 10 min walking distance to the La Zenia beach and 3 championship golf courses within 10 min drive. The property is well appointed and luxurious, with a fully equipped kitchen , one bathroom with jacuzzi.

The duplex being a semi-detached has a great advantage of being an end house with fantastic views all round. The duplex is situated in the popular area of La Zenia about 5 kms south of Torrevieja, it is a 15 minute walk to the blue flag La Zenia beach, the beaches at playa Flamenca and Cabo- roig are also a short walk either side of La Zenia beach. There is a very large supermarket 3 mins walk from the house from which you can buy anything you may need to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Also within walking distance there is a large variety of bars and restaurants offering excellent cuisine and value for money.For any sporty guests the Orihuela Costa resort it is on the way to the beach with facilities like tennis, football, and a large swimming pool and sun loungers all at a very reasonable cost. For golfers there are 3 excellent cources within 10 mins of the duplex, the winning Villamartin, Las Ramblas. and Campamor. Airport transfers can be arranged .

  • A non-refundable deposit of 100 pounds is required at time of booking, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to
    departure. There is a 65 euros charge for the cleaning of the house, which you pay, direct to the key holder on depart, this is not included in the rental rates. A £100 deposit is also required for damages which will be sent by return after the property has been cleaned and inspected on departure.

We were collected from the airport and were at the villa in 20 mins, transfer was very good. The apartment was lovely and clean and the kitchen had the essentials we required. just a short walk was the supermarket where you can stock up if neccessary.

we found all the bars very friendly and were just a short distance away.

The area is lovely and quiet and was great for the chillout time we wanted, the kids enjoyed it to and were very sad to leave.

there was plenty of choice of restaurants to choose from and would highly recommend it to everyone. The property had two terraces plenty of sunbeds so you could lie out in privacy at the villa or if you wanted the beach was a 5 minute walk away.

We would go again and are already planning our next holiday.

3 Bedroom Duplex La Zenia

This apartment is very well located for bars, restaurants and supermarkets it was well equiped with t.v's DVD player and cooking facilities etc.

There were 5 adults staying and we all felt we had privacy and space if we wanted it, it was clean and tidy although there were little things that could have been better i.e light bulbs needed changing, there was a smell from the bathroom drains but we do think that was more to do with the heavy rain they had just had while we were there and was unavoidable. We did mention that one of the bulbs had gone out in our bathroom and Jenny the keyholder changed this straight away and was always very helpful with information on where to go, how to get there, taxis and best supermarkets to use.

La Zenia is a small place with only a few bars but for more livlier entertainment there is nearby Caba Roig which you can either walk to or pay 5-6 euros in a taxi.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay it was just what we were looking for at the time, a quiet relaxing week with family with a nice meal and few drinks on an evening.

Overall an enjoyable experience. The property was well equipped and the key holders were helpful. The barbeque on the terrace was a wonderful treat. The local supermarket is very nearby. Other shops and bars not far. Beach and other leisure facilities a little further (10 min). It was however very hot, so air con would have made our stay a lot more comfortable. Also, the 3 person bedroom is up a spiral staircase which could have been a worry if we had small children.
