Comfortable apartment, great location and excellent host.

The apartment was very spacious for two adults and a child, and easily manageable, with a very useful terrace. Short distance to a very good boulangerie, OK supermarket and lakeside. Also close to good hiking terrain. Eric and his contact man Jean Claude were very amenable and easy-going. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

SEJOUR AU CALME DANS UN PETIT VILLAGE DE CHARME

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement décoré avec goût sa terrasse avec vue est un plus très appréciable ! situé dans un petit village très calme, plein de charme et de secrets aux portes des alpes, sur la rive gauche du lac, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la très belle ville d'Annecy, le village est idéal pour passer ses soirées a l'abri de la foule. Commerces de proximité a deux pas, plage publique gratuite et également plage privée ou l'accueil est très sympa. Au bord de la piste cyclable, la région est un vaste terrain de jeux, de nombreuses activités nautiques mais aussi parapente, vélo, roller, randonnée.... Si j'avais juste une remarque à faire, cet l'appartement atypique n'est pas forcement adapté à des enfants en bas âge, car avec plusieurs niveaux et plein de petites marches ( ce qui fait tout son charme ) avec mon dernier de seulement un an qui commençait à marcher ça a été un sportif. Sans oublier le riche patrimoine historique et culturel de la région c'est un séjour qui vous charmera !!

Passeport pour un séjour très agréable

Nous avons occupé un appartement de qualité , vaste , bien aménagé , bien situé . Un séjour alliant tourisme et randonnées , un régal .

SUPERBE SEJOUR A DUINGT

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout équipé. L'appartement est très lumineux, bien agencé avec de beaux volumes. Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme, dans un petit village en bordure du lac d'Annecy. Randonnée, escalade, promenades, plages, etc... tout est accessible dans un très petit périmètre. Seul bémol: pas vraiment adapté pour les enfants en bas âge (de 1 à 3 4ans) cause escalier et mezzanine. Sinon allez-y les yeux fermés. Sonia & Serge.
