Typical early 20th Century villa, 'Molerecenea' is a traditional stone house built in 1907.

It's a large family house within a big garden with centenary trees.

Its location at only 500 meters away from saint jean de luz beach offers a leisure heaven. It's easy to go to the beach walking but you are away from the city noise.

In the heart of the basque country, it's a great place to discover south west of France and North of Spain. The border is only 20kms away.

This family Home kept its former organization with large bedrooms, big double living-room, many bathrooms and two large terraces to spend some good time outside.

Rehabilitated in 2008, this villa will offer you charm and confort.

It's a special place to spend holidays. You will be in the heart of the architectural protected patrimonial zone and really close to many attractions and leisure.

This house is really attractive to stay with friends and family. Large rooms make everyone have is own privacy.. You can play football in the garden or have a little siesta under the trees. You can check you emails with the free wifi or listen to the music in the cosy deskroom. During this time kids can watch a DVD in an other room...

Saint Jean de luz Bay is really adapted to families and young kids. The ocean waves are stopped and they can play safely on the white sand. The olders can go pass the Saint Barbe's point to ride the tonic waves surfing. Many courses are available.

There are many golf courses within 15 kms : Golf de Chantaco, Golf de Biarritz, Golf de la Nivelle, Golf d'Ilbarritz, Golf d'Arcangues, Golf de Bassussarry...

You can also do trekking, horse-riding, go to the Ravel music festival in Fall, join the typical local fests, eat the tapas in San Sebastian.

Spain is really close. You can see it from the second floor.
