Beautiful rustic farmhouse set in the hills 10 minutes away from Ibiza town. 3 bedrooms are in the main house, a further double room with en suite bathroom in an annexe adjoining the house and a cottage on the drive with its own kitchen and bathroom. The villa is set in 8000m2 of its own wooded land. A floodlit pool, with pool house in total seclusion of the villa. A traditional porch for breakfast al fresco overlooks 3 terraces which descend to the lower gardens. BBQ area on the middle terrace. The perfect holiday house away from the crowds! Take the old road from Ibiza to Santa Eulalia. After the village of Jesus you will find Finca Victoria. The villa is near to the Roca Llisa golf course. It's easy to find first time as the road has almost nothing except hills either side!

A daytime manager will be available during the course of your stay and other services will be explained in the Housebook. All in one!

Great villla this one - far enough from town for some peace and quiet but close enough to the clubs and hotspots of Ibiza town and the smaller and convenient village of Jesus. Finca Victoria is great if you're a family with kids or a group of party-fuelled ravers with its variety of rooms in the house, annex and seperate cottage. It has a lovely pool area and ajoining lounge/den, perfect for winding down in the mornings on return from the the clubs. The Finca is also presented in tasteful, clean and cool decor with a really nice dining area with views stretching to the sun kissed sea beyond. Bookings and any issues are dealt with with military efficiency and we'll definitely be making this a regular on our summer circuit.

We stayed in Finca Victoria for a week in June and it was absolutely perfect. Views down to the sea were gorgeous, and the pool / outdoor area was fantastically well appointed. Highly recommend it. N

A little haven of peace

I have stayed at Finca Victoria 3 times now and each year I forget how beautiful it is. The new pool is fabulous and the house ideal for a group or family stay. It is the perfect location for getting around the island, and also for those who want to soak up the club scene. It is so quiet and private you feel in the middle of nowhere yet you are only 5 minutes from Ibiza town! Don't tell the owners, but I also think it is the best value Villa on the island.

I have always been impressed at the clean state we receive the Villa in and have referred many of my friends to the owners.

Perfect birthday weekend!

I recently spent a long weekend at Finca Voctoria to celebrate my birthday together with my friends and we had an amazing time!

Enough space to accommodate 10 people, great garden and pool area. Great customer service while booking and at the villa.

Hope to be back there soon.

This House is beautiful, The views are breath taking.
The house is in the hills away from it all, you definetly need a car at this property, although taxis are resonable on the island.The group had a fantastic time,The master bedroom is especially lovely. The property is clean and well maintained. The managment company responded to our call out quickly, as we had no hot water 1st day because the boiler was off but was soon sorted ! there was 10 girls and none of us could do it!! The only other problem was the outside room was a bit damp, which I spoke to the owner about after and he has since rectified the problem. We were able to use the BBQ and all the terraces as we had great weather! We throughly enjoyed Ibiza,the beaches are all within easy reach among with resturants, bars and clubs.I would most definetly recommend this house.We hope to return!
Owner's Response: As a rustic villa we offer a retreat from the bustle where guests can relax before heading out for the fun in town or the clubs and bars. The nearest house is a mile away so this is as secluded as you might wish for, without being too far away from Ibiza town (10mins!).
