Photos and Description of the Nice vacation apartment rental
Our cosy, quiet apartment is situated on the 4th floor (without elevator) of a XVIII century Nicois building in the very heart of the old town. 'Promenade des Anglais' and the sea is only 2 minutes walk as well as the beach, the famous flower market (cours Saleya: pedestrian area), the Castle Hill (splendid view of the city and the Port), restaurants and antique shops. Art galleries, churches, museums are all within walking distance. This is the perfect location to savour the 'niçois' art of living. A car is not necessary but there are a few secure parking just around the corner. This lovely apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 persons. Everything is completely new and nicely furnished. We do not, normally, accept reservation for short periods (less than a week) during the busy summer months of July and August. The reputation of Nice as seaside destination during summer is well established. However, to forget mid-seasons and winter time would be a mistake. Christmas time with all his activities and the Carnival of Nice (from the 16th of February to the 4th of March 2007) offer you a great opportunity of discovering Nice in winter and enjoy its mild climate.
At 20 minutes walk you will find the Central Train station. From there you can reach all famous sites of the French Riviera (Monaco about 20 min, Cannes about 40 min and between the two: Antibes, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Saint-Paul, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu, Eze, etc....).
We meet you when you arrive and we collect the keys as we are resident in Nice. Usually check-in is at 16.00 hrs and check-out is at 12.00 hrs. If you have any special request about arrival or departure times, please advise in advance so that we can check if it's possible to arrange a different timing. On arrival we will briefly show you around and hand over keys.
