This house is situated just 100 yards of the large and lovely sandy beach of Sainte Marguerite. Comfortable modern house, light and airy interior with patio doors opening to the graveled courtyard and the private garden with lawn. Parking for two cars. The situation is very good for relaxing in the sunshine and enjoying summer meals. Interesting holidays base for many activities: swimming, foot-fishing, Walking along the coastal footpath. You can see a superb views on the sea, the rocky coves and dunes. Alternatively, you can visit the town of Brest with this museum of sea' Oceanopolis', the rade of Brest by boat, the military port, the castel and this museum. Lesneven and Saint Renan are the old towns with the ancient cobbled streets and colourfull markets. Restaurant of local specialists, pizzeria, small supermarket , bus stop ( 150 yards from the house). If you are interesting , please contact by mail because i speak a little English.
