Luxury apartment in the Marbella area set in the hills of Elviria with stunning views over the Costa del Sol and out to the Mediterranean. Set in a private and tranquil location yet just a short drive to shops, restaurants and bars and one of the best beaches in the area. This ground floor garden apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes air conditioning, satellite TV and DVD player. The living room opens onto a large terrace and private garden and overlooks the beautifully landscaped gardens and one of several swimming pools. There are two double bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles and a sofa bed in the lounge. The complex boasts a nine hole, par 3 golf course. Clubhouse with small shop, restaurant and bar, gym, sauna, steam room and Tennis courts.

The apartment is on an Urbanisation in the hills behind Elviria with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Elviria is a village located on the coast 10km east of Marbella and 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Elviria has a good range of facilities, shops, banks, supermarkets and a number of good restaurants. Apart from the nine hole golf course on the site the Santa Maria golf course is just a short drive away and there are many other high quality golf courses in the area. The immediate surrounding area is a protected cork oak grove and the Ojen National Park is nearby. Marbella is a 15 min drive away and the bustling resort of Puerto Banus a 20 min drive. Or why not enjoy the delights of Cabopino Harbour just a 10 min drive from the apartment.

  • We offer very competative rental rates and a further reduction may be available the longer you stay!!

    We ask for a 25% deposit to secure a booking. The final balance is due 6 weeks before departure. A holding deposit of £100 per week is required in the form of a separate cheque 6 weeks before departure. This will be returned once the apartment has been checked at the end of your stay.
  • Our apartment is maintained by a local company and they can be contacted with regards to any problems.

Notes: The apartment can sleep six using the sofa bed in the lounge. The beds in both bedrooms can be used as singles or joined together to make a double bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. All linen is provided. We do not provide a maid service but extra cleans can be arranged at extra cost. We can provide cots and high chairs with the appropriate notice. The apartment has sky television and there is a DVD player and a small selection of DVD's in the apartment. A small selection of reading books are also provided. Sun loungers are provided for use in the garden and pool areas. The kitchen is fully equipped including kettle, cooker, microwave. oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, washer/dryer, Iron and Ironing board. There are two full sets of Golf Clubs in the apartment for your use and a couple of Tennis rackets.
