Large private pool. 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8) lounge / dining room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms , large sun terrace with BBQ, sun loungers, patio dining set, roof top sun terrace, south facing, with sun all day. Communal pool shared with 7 properties. Fantastic views to sea and mountains. Quite area. Car recommended, but restaurants and mini market within walking distance. Bus service into the centre of Nerja. New extension finished February 2009 containing large open plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area, over looking the private pool. Steps lead from kitchen to the pool.

The Villa: Large private pool in south facing garden. Communal pool is shared with 7 other houses, and set in large gardens at the front of the villa, in a peaceful area. If you are celebrating a special occasion, we can arrange for champagne and flowers to be waiting for you. Our English agent who looks after the property is only a few minutes away. A car is not essential, but it is recommended. A bus services to Nerja operates all year. Burriana Beach is a 15 minute hilly walk away as is the centre of Nerja. A small supermarket is a five minute walk away. The nearest restaurant is a five minute walk.

Nerja: Picturesque town with the famous Balcon de Europa promendae. A wide variety of shops, restaurants, pavement cafes and bars. Narrow cobbled strets to explore. Excellent weather all year. Spectacular coastline with many coves and bays. The caves of Nerja - well worth a visit. Frigiliana, a white washed village, sitting high in the mountains, 8 kilometres from Nerja, offers panoramic views, a weekly market and shops. Further afield is Granada, Malaga, Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Getting there.: The nearest airport is Malaga. Journey time to the villa is 40 minutes. We can arrange for a taxi or mini-bus to meet you at the airport. A taxi will take 4 people and cost about 65 euros, a minibus will cost about 120 euros each way. I t is a very easy drive to the villa, mostly along a duel carriageway. Keys are held in a local hotel, 2 minutes from the villa.
