The ground floor and all bathrooms boast top quality Italian ceramic tiles in soft cream colour, and all bedrooms are fully carpeted wall to wall in light stone colour.
For your comfort we remove one bedroom & converted to a family room. So you are paying 6 beds home price on a same 7 beds house.
You will feel the difference once you drive into the Estate, the openness due to all houses set on the large plot, and built well back from the main road. This is why Formosa is so highly recommended and guests often come back again and again.
Together with a extended pool, large sun deck and a total seclued privacy garden, with no other family around you is just everyone needs to relax after a day in Desney or busy shopping day.
There is also a large game room consist with a pool table, Air Hockey table, TV DVD combo, and sette sofe bed.

We having a management company available 24 hours 356 days a year to look after our home, keeping it in tip top condition for our guests. The office is just 5 mins drive away, office opening hrs is 8:00am to 10:00 pm.
There is a play station and Wii console in the house, all games and DVD movie can obtain from this office free of charge.
A wireless broad band fast Internet computer are provided.
House has interconnected smoke alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, and security alarms with 24 hrs direct access to emergency services and security company. Although considered a safe and secure area the local sheriff patrols regularly.

Less than 12 weeks and six weeks before arrival date will result 25% refund. If a subsequent booking is received
Cancellation with Six week before arrival will not received any refund unless a like to like booking is received.
Deposit Amount: 20%. Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 60 days
Minimum Stay: 5 Nights.
Security deposit: $500.00 on credit card on check-in.
