About Mario Santoro
This villa has been bought and restored in 2005. It used to be a shelter for animals, now it is a gorgeous shelter for exclusive vacationers ! I have supervised the restoration project, and now manage the property on behalf of the owners, Joan and Bram, who live in Holland, and come when they can. When they are not in Italy, this house is available to guests like you.

Why Mario Santoro chose Todi
This villa is just perfect, fully equipped and always in perfect conditions of maintenance. It is silent, away from the road - but not remote - and a fabulous starting point for walks in the vicinity. The pool is big, beautiful, and with a smaller section for just having drinks and enjoy the sunshine. You won't find anything better, I promise !
What makes this villa unique
Immaculate and pristine with regard to maintenance and appearance. A unique hilltop position with wide open views but full privacy at the same time.
