Fabulous 5 bedroom spacious villa, very near Disney. Gated Community

Our beautiful lakeside villa is the perfect location for your dream holiday, so close to the theme parks, shopping and golf courses yet set in a peaceful private community with a stunning lake view. Imagine relaxing with a cool drink, dining al fresco or simply watching the wildlife on the lake from your own private pool as the sun goes down. The large pool deck catches the sun all day long with lots of cover for when it gets a little too hot and is equipped with quality pool furniture . Also on the deck is a Spa/hot tub and gas BBQ.

On the ground floor we have a family room, formal living/ dining room, breakfast nook,fully equipped kitchen, laundry room plus games room with Pool table, Football table, Dartboard, Fishing rods and Bikes.

Upstairs the master bedroom has King size bed, en suite master bathroom with a walk in closet, large shower and full bath. There is also 1King, 1 Queen and two twin rooms, all have TV's and ceiling fans.There are also 2 further bathrooms upstairs

SUNSET LAKES is a small gated community only 5 miles west of Disney World, a community of homes set around 2 lakes. The lakes and surrounding conservation land make it hard to imagine that you are only minutes away from the shops and restaurants of hwy 192. This really is the perfect location, you can easily visit the parks, return to relax around the pool and be back at the parks in minutes for the evening entertainment. On site facilities include a communal pool, cabana, children's play area and purpose built fishing dock.

If you enjoy shopping you will be spoilt for choice with the Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia and designer outlets close by.

With the Gulf coast beaches such as Clearwater and St Petersburg only a 1.5 hours drive away and Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens, Tampa just 1 hour, this really is the perfect location.

If golf is your thing you will be spoilt for choice with many courses within a 10-20 minute drive away

On the first floor, the attractive master bedroom has King Size bed, TV/DVD, Safe, radio alarm and ceiling fan. Adjoining is the elegant en-suite bathroom with corner bath, large shower cubicle, his and hers vanity basins with hair dryer and a separate toilet . To complete the master suite there is a large walk in closet. Also on this floor are a further four spacious bedrooms. One King Size double bed. Fabulous Sunset Lakes!

We all had the time of our lives on holiday in your villa. We all agreed the villa made the holiday with travelling with three small children it was absolutely prefect for our holiday as they liked nothing more than playing in the pool after being in the theme parks all day.

We had everything for our comfort and would definitely recommend your villa in the future, as we ourselves would not hesitate to book the villa in the future. Once again thank you for making our holiday so memorable.

The Perfect Holiday At The Perfect Villa

This is a superb villa with everything you would need for your stay. The kitchen is fully fitted with many electrical appliances too. The garage has ben converted into a games room which was a huge benefit for my family (4 children with ages from 13 to 4). The pool was lovely with many toys left for our use. The bedrooms were of a generous size with TV's, DVD players and clock radios. An added bonus was the play park over the road.
The villa is situated within a gated community and was very secure. Sunset Lakes felt very tranquil and quiet. The villa looked out onto the lake and we often saw the local wildlife wandering past!
For me it was great to be so close to Disney. After a long day at the parks we knew we were only a 10 minute drive back home.
We had numerous correspondance from the owners David & Teresa and we felt valued by them. This villa is a credit to them.
This is a fabulous villa, one I would definitely stay in again and would highly recommend to others.

Our family have been visiting Orlando every year since 2000 and we have stayed at both Sunset Lakes and Emerald Island. This villa was the best villa of all. It is obvious the owners care about the property with attention to detail. The villa has modern facilities to ensure you can relax and be entertained at the same time. The villa was spotlessly clean.
The description of the villa is accurate and is ideally located to visit the parks and to enjoy local facilities.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

What a fabulous home to rent for your vacation. The facilities were wonderful, its extremely clean, spacious, has everything you could possible wish for. It caters for all age groups. The home definitely exceeded our expectations. The owners provided excellent customer service, and answered any questions which we had and were extremely helpful.
Its very close to good restaurants and a grocery store should you wish to rather stay in and have a barbeque.
I would definitely use this home again and would recommend it to a friend.

I would highly recommend this property for many reasons.

The photographs don't do it justice as it feels far more spacious once you're living in it. There were three adults and three children in our group but it would have worked just as well with more people.

The facilities are excellent - the kitchen is well equipped, the utility area was very useful and there were plenty of fresh towels. Everything was very clean and well prepared when we arrived.

If you're visiting the Parks, it's in a perfect location, taking 15 to 30 minutes to get anywhere. A large supermarket and other shops and restaurants are just five minutes drive.

I really can't fault the property and would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay when visiting Orlando.

We received very good service from the owners and I would definitely consider returning to the property when visiting Orlando in the future.
