The location is amazing and very accessible – our group of 4 had an amazing time, the house is well equipped and close to restaurants, bars and all other amenities.. Michelle is one of the warmest people we have ever met and her suggestions were very helpful. We were there for a Golf weekend and Michelle gave us coupons to the local golf course. Will definitely go back.
This townhouse was great. It was just far enough outside the main streets of Alex Bay that you avoid the noise and tourist traffic but close enough that you have an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in the heart of the village. The boathouse was a huge plus. There was a launch ramp literally across the street and having access to our personal water craft all week was very convenient. The boathouse was huge and could probably hold some larger boats. The outdoor deck/balcony was a bit small but it had a nice grill and several chairs. For families with children there is a park about a block away.
The property itself was great. There were four of us and there was enough room to move around. It certainly wasn't the largest property around but we spent most of our time outside and on the water anyway. My parents and my nephew came up for a night so there was still enough room for 7 people. The house is newer and has a great decor inside. The owner had all of the kitchen gadgets, utensils and extras that you could need.
Michelle, the property manager, was outstanding. She gave us much information on the local area and recommendations on restaurants and even ice cream places. She was very gracious and responded to any communications very quickly. We had no issues or problems while we were there but I got the impression that if there were any, Michelle would handle them immediately.
Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this property to anyone.
