  • The indicated rate includes the rental of sheets. Charges follow a fixed rate. You must expect an additional heating service between October and April. For a maximum of 6 people. Upon request, you can be given an additional bed or a baby cot. For a stay longer than 7 days, please contact me in order to benefit from the digressive rates.
    The tourist tax is not included.
  • Rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights and start on Saturdays. The residence is available at 4 p.m upon arrival, and has to be vacated before 12.00 p.m on your departure day - during high and very high season. The rest of the year, days and hours of arrival can vary, depending of your needs. Minimum stay of 3 nights.
  • Non-contractual booking deposit: 40% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR500.00

This appartment is located in a quiet typically french village (end of the road). Small without shops (these are in Lugrin, 10 min drive). The garden and master bedroom have a fantastic view over the lake leman. Total 3 good bedrooms. Small livingroom. There are neighbours in adjoining appartments and in other half of the "ferm". Nice jeu de boules court. Walking possible from the house. Complete kitchen. Very nice garden furniture (6 persons). Minus; unfortunately no real couch in l.r. nor a stand-up shower.
