This attractive and tastefully furnished 6 bedroom villa is the ideal location for a family event or holiday. The property has a clear and uninterupted panoramic view of the national park mountains and golf fairways. The large garden has two barbeque areas, lawns, extensive sunbathing patios plus big private heated pool (child friendly and easily monitored). A Pergola seats 14 comfortably for shaded dining. Indvidually styled bedrooms are classic and comfortable, plus there is a ground floor bedroom with bathroom suitable for disabled. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Weekly rentals commence at 4.30pm Saturday (local Spanish time) and end at 10am Saturday on the day of departure. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided for each room (you will need to bring beach towels). The villa has air conditioning. There is a constant supply of hot water. There is an irrigation system installed in the gardens which are planted with beautiful Mediterranean plants. The 10x5 meter pool is professionally cleaned and maintained.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client 14 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. Long term lets available. Before and after each letting the villa is professionally cleaned & the towels and linen are professionally laundered. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating – June to Sept we charge £ 40 per week for air conditioning. Any special requirements - if we can help, we will. Midweek and weekend short breaks will have a basic charge of £150 added to cover professional clean, fresh linen and towels (hand, bath & sheet)

  • Two bathrooms have bath and shower and 1 bathroom has a shower. The main bathroom has twin sinks and illuminated vanity units and two mirrors, the others all have one each. All the bathrooms have bidets.

  • This is a large villa and can sleep up to 12 people with ease. Marble floors throughout. Fully air-conditioned (except attic) with remote controlled fans in every room. Situated on an extra large plot (1000m2)- there is a large garden, including a grassed area for children to play and of course the 10x5 metre pool. In the months of Feb, March, April, Sept, Oct and Nov - the pool can be heated at an extra charge (please enquire). There is a ground floor bedroom and shower room next door for any visitors who may experience problems with stairs.

Amazing Holiday

I have now stayed in Johnnys place for the last 3 years and will be booking again for 2013. It is a very private and peaceful villa with a fantastic size pool, amazing living space and great facilities both inside the property and outside in the garden. There are many quality golf courses close by which is why we visit and the service you receive from Johnny is impeccable. This is a super property for groups and families alike and we can't wait to visit again - especially as we have watched Europe beat the USA in the last two Ryder cups!!! Thanks Johnny :-)

9 adults, 3 kids and an infant all fit comfortably in the very spacious villa. It is equiped with evrything you could possibly need. The kids loved playing in the garden and pool. Car hire is essential as there is very little within walking distance but lots to see within a 15 min car journey.

Telford Harriers Cycling/Triathlon Holiday

10 of us dodged the ash cloud and had a fantastic week in Murcia. The cycling options in this region are superb with routes for all abilities - flat, hilly, excellent road surfaces and patient car users in even the remotest of areas. This accommodation is an ideal base with great links along service roads to explore the region in any direction. The villa is lovely, very well maintained, clean and comfortably accommodated 10 adults. The alfresco dining area and BBQ certainly got well used! Johnny, the owner, was extremely helpful in providing us with information to plan our holiday. He also put us in touch with a local resident (Mike) who helped transfer our bikes and luggage from the airport. This is a great base for a cycling or triathlon holiday and great value to.

Perfect october break

10 of us stayed at this lovely villa for october half term. Beautifully presented, very clean, well equiped, and comfortable beds! The garden is well landscaped and maintained with fabulous views over the quiet golf course. Plenty of patio areas around the villa meant we made maximum use of the sunshine. The airport, beach and city of Murcia all within 30 minutes drive.Johnny and Jane were more than helpfull providing plenty of local information. A car is essential but a decent road would have been very usefull. Great value for money in local restaurants which served excellent traditional Spainish food. Superb weather made this a memorable and relaxing holiday.

A great few days in April!

3 families (6 adults and 6 kids) had a wonderful stay in the Villa during April of 2009. We all live in Madrid and drove the 450 kms to the Villa in just over 4 hours. There was plenty of room for us all and the house very comfortable, well equipped and tranquil. It also has easy access to the main road that takes you in 15 minutes to "kid friendly" beaches on the Mar Menor. Johnny and Jane who own the Villa were very helpful in the process of renting the property and ensuring our stay was as optimal as possible.
